Unfortunately booked a flight with this company, realised I hadn't included a 23kg case, contacted customer service 4 times, twice rep hung up on me!
Got absolutely no satisfaction at all, couldn't book in on line! Was a nightmare! Do yourself a favour and go directly to airline that you want to book with and bypass this shocking company.
You canceled my package after hours of submitting it and now my funds are tied up in the middle of nowhere and I can't even get a package from a different company. That's a nice way of doing business
