1) to change my name from Jules to Julia I believe this was cheapo air fault
2) charged me $80 to change name
3) needed to change my flight to 9/6 from 9/2, yet I am still getting email to sign in for 9/2 flight
4) I must take more of my time to call and fix this mistake

When we purchased our tickets we payed extra so that my husband and I could seat together. Now there have been changes made by the airline and no has has been able to help us. So far it has been a horrible experience.
