This website is a real scammer. They sound really nice when you talking to them over the phone which is their technique for fooling people but once you purchase your ticket they will start stilling from you. They stole $1400 from me and made so many excuses just for no reason other than not refunding me. At the end they neither refunded me nor allowed me to use the credit to fly to different destination for instance, when i called the customer service and said hay I'm planning to travel to Turkey can i use that credit? Their agent said the airline request another $800 plus the $1400 credit i had. I called the airline and their customer service said it had nothing to do with them as I purchased my ticket from a third party and it was the third party to make decision. I knew that when you buy from a third party an airline doesn't meddle but still called them to make sure. Please guy do mot fall and buy your ticket from Kayak.com or Kiwi.com they are very nice and professional and do not scam people

I booked a trip to Vegas with two rooms. Somehow when I got to Harrahs they told me cheapoair canceled one of my rooms. They said there was no credit card on file which I do not understand since the other room booked at the same time was fine. It led to a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. I had to pay for a room I had already paid for. I contacted Chrapoair and they said they would get back with me over a month ago. I use to book with cheapoair whenever I traveled but I no longer have trust in their booking or customer service. I have had many great experiences with them so your trip might go very well but I will not risk it again.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
