Everyone has been courteous and helpful. The customer service representative was professional, and knowledgeable. I had no problem explaining what I wanted, and he set up my trip exactly the way I asked.

After I made the reservation, I got a call from CheapOair about a "benefit" that I "forgot" to get. I didn't forget anything. I didn't want it. Call was annoying and makes me want to avoid using CheapOair in the future.

Thai cancelled the flight and Cheapo offered options which I confirmed on Aug 29. Thai sent notice that it was canceling the ticket. It took me 90 minutes thru chatting to get an agent that did follow-thru and fix the problem. But 1) Cheapo did not follow-thru on the August 29 transaction and 2) I wasted 90 minutes of my time. I should have just booked directly to Thai.
It's always an easy process but I wish I could choose my seats before check-in.

Great service and experience. The app was easy to use and understand just hope that in the travel details it would still state the checked in baggage allowance and carry on baggage alloted weight so that custumers can make sure they do not exceed the weight limit.
