I have two names that I used one of them for flight reservation, when I figure out that I had to used the other name they refused to replace the other name and I canceled and rebook the flight costing me extra $500.
While their agent could made a call to main Carrier who allows him to make that change.
I have known that when I called the main Carrier who informed me that and asked the CheapOair agent to make a call to make the amendment.

If it is not trying to sell something, it will be better. I don't mind to pay more to reserve a seat during booking ticket. Your company is trying to sell other stuff to block customer to getting seat. This is not the way to do business.
