I got at text alert showing you debit my card two times in which I new because it says it could be a few different debits but I never got any more so I called cheapO air and he said they debit my account three times total of $161.94 which was the cost of my flight but the customer service person I talked with was very helpful and nice

Booked a flight through cheapoair on winair.
The flight was cancelled by the airline.
Cheapoair and winair refused to refund.
They can't just take the money, cancel the flight and keep the money. They should be giving a refund as airline cancelled flight. They've not offered refund or credit just taken the money in exchange for nothing.
That's the same as theft.
Disgusting that this company can get away with theft so easily.

Looks like I've really been robbed by cheapoair and winair.
They replied to this review saying they're helping fix it but up to now, but they've not done anything so even their reply to review is untrue.
How can they get away with blatant theft

Worst experience from Cheap o Air
I am a traveller and have booked 4-5 times through them and out of 4 International travel and one domestic travel, I have realized they are just robbing your money.
Their customer team is siting there to harass you and would sound like as they are doing a big favour talking to you. Everything is out of their hands, everything is up to Airline
I had a credit for a booking which they ate all up, I would use this term because 3000$ were not allowed me to use for the next time because Airline has some policies then why I was told previously I can use them

Don't waste your money with CheapOAir
As there name they are cheap in Customer Service
I am traveling and paid for Business Class MNL-NYC-MNL via Incheon. The posted fares on your website should indicate that part of the flights - Incheon-Manila (Jan. 11,2023) is COACH CLASS and NOT Business Class! This was very disappointing. I only found this out when choosing my seat for the last leg - Incheon-Manila.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
