I booked a ticket for a friend from Kingston to Port of Spain, received a booking confirmation number ******* and an e-ticket number **************, yet no money has been withdrawn from my credit card. So I do not know if she has a ticket and will be allowed to board the flight or not.

When the tickets were booked, the 1st booking was canceled per your advantage even after the credit card information was input and processed, & some flight options were hidden and price was drastically increased.
