Cheapoair got news of a portion of my flight cancellation five days before my trip and talked to me but refused to make other arrangements for my travel until when I went to the airport and couldn't travel, since a portion of the ticket was canceled. The airline requested Cheapoair as a third party which ticket was purchased from to make amendments but Cheapoair kept me on the phone for 6 hours on my day of travel and refused to make any amendments to my travel and stayed at the airport with my husband for six hours before Letting me know they were unable to make other arrangements for me to travel. I requested a full refund of my ticket and only got a call from them two days after that the airline had coded my flight as 'No show'. Cheapoair is dishonest and reaping customers off. You don't want to deal with dishonest people.
