After booking the flight, i have to change the schedule due to untoward incident, Earlier when i asked about their policy they said it will 151 dollars per ticket and if there is any difference of fare when you travel, but now when i am trying to ask for the same, they 151 dollars + fare difference (In actually terms there is no fare difference on the cheapoair site website only) but they say that is only for new booking for old booking whatever price we have in our inventory I.e. Is nothing but whatever the price we quote. This is disappointing if they don't want to do like that, they should change their policy, not sure why the claim if they can't fulfill. Pathetic experience.
