First my room was accepted and after i received several calls in which booth members of Cheap air tried to sell me something different. You should not confirm something which you can not check prior with the hotel!

Good service while everything good, but IF you will have some problems with a flight booking, be sure, you lose 80% money for the tickets.
Also you will PAY more for get this 20% refund.
Much more better buy straight in airlines. It's save your money and nervous.
The airline had a schedule change on the return flight in which you didn't agree with, your already traveled on the outbound flight so you don't get a refund for that. The airline calculated the value of your return ticket and that is what the refund amount was provided. The refund amount would have been the same outcome whether your booked with them or us, as they determined the value of the refund. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
