It was good. The price seemed to be changing a lot on other sites, so I found cheapOair to have friendly face with phone number to call just in case and I wanted to book before the price went up anymore.

The site and web app are both very easy to use. Good rates offered, quick processing of bookings.
Your company continues to rip me off because I put my date of departure on the itinerary and you automatically change the date in front of me so fast then I pay and see the date has been changed. I then have to cancel and rebook the flight which ends up costing me more money. This is the last time I will deal with CheapOair because to did this to me the last time I booked a flight. You steal money from people. I will give you the worst review ever.

Not very good got charged over $100 dollars more than quoted had to cancel my card because they kept taking money out.
You do realize that you were charged in USD and not AUD? Your bank may have taken out a foreign transaction fee but after reviewing your booking Cheapoair did not take any additional $100.00 from your account. You bought the plane ticket at $266.90 USD our service fee was $16.09 which was included in the final cost, and you bought trip insurance for $15.95 add all 3 together and the agreed upon price we see that was on the screen was $298.94. We also don't see that you called our office to discuss the charges with an agent.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds as though you may have selected an "alternate date" that was offered on the website because it was cheaper and didn't notice it when you selected the flight, so when you called to correct it, the date you actually wanted was more expensive so you have to pay the applicable difference in airfare. Our apologies for the frustration.
