The worst experience I ever had. When flight is cancelled it takes too much time to refund and allow client buy a new ticket
We are very sorry that you have experienced a schedule change done by the airline, unfortunately due to the accounting process of airline tickets, it can take upto 2 months for the refund, this is not the travel agencies time frame, but IATA and airline accounting process.
The agent attending picks your details and said that they would call back if we broke off and none of them did except one who helped with the hotel booking. This wasted my time and all my energy was wasted I also wasted resources as I had to call again and every time I got a new agent who started all over again. This happened about 4 times...

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

Cheapoair is the travel agency, therefore has no control over the airline making changes to their schedules which all airlines go through. Even if you booked with another travel agency and the airline directly the same issue would have occurred. The reason why the additional fee was quoted is because the change was not within the 4 hour guidelines the airline has to get you to your destination, but you wanted to book something entirely different and that is considered a voluntary change. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
