I've booked all my trips to India with Cheap-O Air. Never had an issue and always got the best deal out of anywhere or anyone else I've known.
I have not been provided with the require confirmation codes to check in with the airlines and thus have been charged additional fees at the airport to check into my flights. This is very disappointing as a customer and unfair.
Confirmation or airline PNR code was listed on the email confirmation we sent located right below the flight details. We also have 24/7 agent available to assist if you had called into the office. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
