There is not good after sold Tiket not complete service after tip I should not gave tip if he was like this only first time patios he was not that happy asfter I bought it from other guy and this guy I just talked to start he don't have no time other guy has no time so I start to buy from him add another my friend same flight he was helping me for Patient but after I bought a ticket he was not seem to care that much $#*! before so I was not really happy I giving good feedback but I wish I could take back

I was calling the agent to assist me because I was trying to have online check in today around 7am Aug 31 US time but they don't assisted my perfectly. My boyfriend noticed it so he said I paid for this trip on your app but you will just said we will contact the alaska airlines. They should assist us properly so after that my boyfriend told the agent so the girl agent assist us already. The agent maybe busy because we can hear noise from background maybe she's working remotely from here home
