Average, had some hiccups the first time booking flights initially
So far pleased with the process. Not sure how the trip will go since I had to add some things after the fact. I am a senior citizen at 73 years of age and I have a very bad back so cannot walk a great distance it took me a little while to find where to request wheelchair service so I hope it will be available the day of my trip.
