CheapoAir always gets me prices where even directly through the airlines I can't get. Furthermore when we went through lockdown in 2020 they refunded my airfare, whereas my sister, who booked through Delta (Australia to Bahamas$$) had to eat her loss.

I rented a car for September 10-20,2024 with Fox Car Rental. Upon arrival I was told that the company didn't accept debit cards. I had to rent a car from another service.I was told I probably want received my money back bc of your written policy. This is not acceptable and in the future I will not use your services. That's my reason for a low rating. I hope someone will have a heart and look into my situation.

You booked a non refundable rate and it is upto the car company to give the refund as we must follow the their rules. You will need to speak with Cheapoair customer service for assistance.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
