Great work by the agent. He got us direct flights for a good price. Flights with a stop over were too long even though they were cheaper. The agents ARE difficult to understand due to their heavy foreign accents. The "chat" features are useless! They keep repeating the same thing for each and every question I ask without actually answering it!?!?!
