Excellent service and easy to place flights and working thru website
During my last booking to Kenya, they misspelt my last name and charged me $50 which the airline said I did not have to pay. I also paid for window chairs for me and my son and we never got them and when I asked why we did not get the window chairs yet we had paid for them, the airline said they were not aware we had paid for them. The whole crew that I dealt with during this booking was very rude, he told me to either pay or I will lose my money, by the way he was so rude.
Service was good and flights were uneventful. Enjoyed the trip.
