Generally, CheapOair has been a good resource for booking flights. However, they always try to sell extras I don't want or need. They call soon after booking a flight to try to sell me something extra. Very annoying.

My flight was late and by the time I got to the rental place the car was gone. Instead of paying 137 for 4 days I paid over 500. They dud t gave my reservation any longer and it took me 2 hours to rent from another place. I want to be reimbursed for the difference

In June 2022, I missed a flight from Abbotsford flying to Edmonton, yet I had paid protection fees, I called customer service 5 times within an hour, was never able to talk to anyone. The calls kept getting disconnected; I ended up paying for another flight; and I wasn't reimbursed for the initial flight.
Good service so far. Please keep it up. Especially the prices!
