More often than not there is no need for customer support when booking and everything is usually straightforward but on the off chance something goes awry during a trip and you have to make changes or rebook that's where I've experienced the most helpful support. It's not always the quickest wait but it is amazing when it comes to rebooking or finding helpful alternatives to what you need. I've had similar experiences on other apps and sites and simply said the other apps customer support does a lot less.

I keep trying to select seat assignment for return flight, entering payment info, then get no confirmation. This is beyond frustrating. I enter seat assignment for the return flight, then if I scroll down the page and scroll back up, I'm redirected to the departing flight. This was one step from a great experience and the site completely fumbled at the goal line making a horrible one.
