The first customer service rep I spoke to would not listen to me however, when I got the manager she was awesome.

Prices changes drastically after taxes and seat choice and baggage what was 88 a person changed to almost 500 total. That's a lot of hidden fees. I spoke with cheap flights directly and they were able to lower the price back down with deselected seats and removing claimed baggage fees. They do allow a personal bag or backpack that's about the size of a carry-on. So if you're worried about not checking anything for a short trip you have options. Overall the people on the phone were very nice and attentive. I would definitely book again.

Please save yourself some $ and headaches. DO NOT buy from them. They will lie to you and after give you very poor customer service. They don't know what they're doing and impossible to speak with a supervisor to resolve issues. I booked a ticket online and 2 hs later I received a phone call saying that the price is now higher. I wanted to cancel everything and they said they will give me free luggage. So I kept my ticket with them. At the end they charged me for everything even the luggage at a very high price! When I tried to speak with a supervisor to know why and to see how we can fix the issue! IMPOSSIBLE!
Worst company ever!

When I was in the process of purchasing my ticket, we discovered the Avelo Airline offered only a small handbag as carry on luggage. Any other luggage, even the standard 7kg cabin luggage cost $40 extra if purchased with the ticket. So I begrudgingly tried to purchase the luggage from CheapFlightsFares. They did not have a means to purchase the luggage. When I went back to the Avelo website, the price to purchase one F***ing piece of luggage had gone up to $60. The base ticket price for this flight was $67 before taxes. I wrote a negative review here, but really my aim was Avelo Airlines, who have a horrible policy on luggage. Essentially their system is to advertise low fares and then steal money through exorbitant luggage fees. So the low fares are a deliberate lie. A zero rating for the airline. The following day a CheapFlightsFares representative, Marcelus, called me back concerned about my negative rating. I will repeat, they cared enough to call me back. That never happens with most complaints--complaints go direct to the trash bin--so I'm impressed. We resolved that the problem was was not CheapFlightsFares but with the airline and they do not deserve the bad rating, so this is a rewrite. And thank you CheapFlightsFares for actually having customer service that serves the customer. What a concept.

Worst service ever! Booked a flight from Miami to Argentina and it is still processing the credit card. I called the customer service department and they just repeat the same" It is processing" isn't supposed to processed right away! By the way my flight is tomorrow

Most unreliable and unprofessional booking site there is. A complete scam. Cancelled my flight ahead of time, it's been a more than month and I still have yet to see my refund. Everytime I call they give me a different excuse and telling me to wait until "next week". It's been 6 weeks. They are inconsistent and even asked me to enter my bank account and routing information into a website for a "wire" to receive my refund. Every time I contacted them, I was given a brand new excuse of why my refund was delayed another week. Book with other sites, the cheap price is not worth the stress of losing money and being lied to by each employee when you're asking for help.
