Absolutely the WORST customer service that I have EVER dealt with. I booked a flight and immediately got a call from 5 different people saying that the flight I had booked, was overbooked and I would have to schedule another flight, they asked me to fly out that morning and I told them that I couldn't fly out at that time so we agreed on the following morning. I checked my confirmation email and he still booked for the morning that I could not fly for. I called customer service and explained the whole situation and they told me that I would have to pay $400 more dollars for the flight I wanted, and I proceeded to tell them that I will not be paying anymore, as this is on them…. They told me I requested this date, they did not book it, that I was rude and they would not let me speak with a manager. I was upset and yelling as this was after I had already talked to a female that refused to help or let me speak with a manager also. They also told me my tickets were non refundable and my itinerary said I had 24 hours to cancel, then they tried to charge me…. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! Absolutely flabbergasted at the lack of customer service.
The manager called me and they solved the problem. "The worse ppl to deal with. Lots of lies and twists. Don't waist your money"
This company charges fees & more fees. You will not save money booking through cheap flight fares.com. Book directly with the airline.
Please do not book through this company. In the beginning they claim they are the cheapest then they turn around to up the price. They claim they will give you 24 hrs to cancel however you will NEVER have that option because they wait more than 34 hrs to send you a confirmation. They will change your flight without notification. We called them and they stated that someone called us multiple times in which they never did. They are rude and very very unprofessional. They do not deserve the one star I gave.
They made my vacation a nightmare! Never again will I book with cheapflights/frontier again! First off my flight was suppose to be from July 1st from Charlotte to Orlando, then coming back home July 5th from Orlando to Charlotte. Why was both flights booked from Charlotte.So I called to change the one to the 5th to Orlando to Charlotte and they tell me I can't.Ok so i book a whole new flight from Orlando to Charlotte but there were no flights only for the 6th.So I get on here and write a review and the man said that he would request a refund from Frontier, why he say today that he can't give me a refund that is crazy. First of all I get to the airport on July 1st at 9:30am, the flight leave out at 11:47, when 11:47 come it's a delay til 4. Ok 4pm come around it's delayed again til 7pm, 7pm come it's delayed til 5am the next morning! I sat in that freaking airport for around 15 hours, on top of that Frontier airlines refused us food vouchers, hotels or anything, It was a nightmare! All of that and I ended up in Florida on the 3rd of July! So I lost my money for the flight booked on the July 5th and for July 6th that I paid for! I ended up back home on the July 8th on Spirit airlines! Never again! I wouldn't recommend cheap flights or Frontier!
Do not use this site. First of all it seems like your getting a deal until all the fees are added in then your paying twice as much as what you thought you were going to pay for. In purchasing a ticket I also purchased the flight insurance. About a week before I was supposed to fly out two of my family members I was going to see and stay with got covid. Because of this I wanted to cancel my flight. I called cheap flights to cancel and got the runaround. I was told to contact this insurance company to file a claim. Yeah, no. You get the runaround with the insurance company who wont refund your money, instead they give you some voucher where you have to spend even more money to use it. I post a review on cheap flights website. Next day I get this guy who wants to make things right asking about me cancelling my flight which I didn't do. Basically he was calling not to help me, but to change my review on their website. I explained if I am purchasing flight insurance on their website, if I need to cancel they should be working with me and cancelling the flight, not directing me to some insurance company to file claim and just because I file a claim doesn't mean I'm getting my money back. This website is crap. Use another more reputable website or the airline itself. This cheap flights is not cheap and they do not care about the customer, do not use this website as I will never use it again.
Just a suggestion. Overall very Good. A lot of add on's make price much higher than it appears
I booked a flight for 2 people costing $272. I got a confirmation that said my reservation was pending and that someone would contact me or I could call them. I reached out and the agent was nice in the beginning. She said the fare had gone up and that's why they couldn't process my reservation. She tried to find alternate flights on different days. I kept saying no and that I just wanted to cancel the request. That's when she got irritated. She tried to push me into an earlier flight that day through SW which I already know you get two free checked bags. She said it would cost $350! I had already looked at this flight prior to booking through this site and the tickets were only $109 per person. I told her no and she was saying things like "why not? What's the problem? Is it the time or the price?" I said yes it's both the time and price. I got so sick of being disrespected and cutoff by the agent I finally called her out. I said look I know they don't charge for bags and the tickets are only $109 per person. She started to question me where I was looking at so I said I'm on the SW app right now. She kept saying no you did something wrong over and over again, then she told me to go to the screen with the total and when I tried to click on it I got an error on my phone that said something about "Cheap Flights disabled app" or something like that." She did something to my phone so I couldn't book that flight. I freaked out at that point and just told her to cancel my reservation and not to do anything else. I was so sick of being treated horribly on the call, I just wanted to get off the call and be done. I finally said "please just cancel my request and I will book everything myself." This makes me worried that if they can disable something as simple as a flight on my phone then they probably stole my credit card info.
I purchased a ticket then received a text that the ticket is pending so I called she took forever to look up my ticket I said the same thing like 4 times just to be told the ticket went up…. But I have to wait another hour for somthing I could not really understand I told her Nevermind and hang up… then I received a call about some1 else I was going to ATL not Chicago SMH
I paid the $50+ fee that ensured I could get a refund. I submitted the required information they demanded for the refund 5 business days. I still haven't gotten my refund. And they demanded my bank account information because they said that is how they give refunds back. Why not just put it on my card that I used to purchase ticket? Also, every single time I send them an email to their email addresses I was given by them, they get kicked back to me like they haven't read them. In fact, I know they've seen them because an agent of theirs verified this. So why do they make it look like they haven't seen them? I will not purchase a plane ticket from this company ever again.
The flight credit process is an outright ripoff. Tried to use my credit was told I had to add $$ to my credit regardless of the price of the new ticket. This in addition to paying a $75 cancellation fee. I lost a total of $385. And got nothing in return. I had to buy another ticket for LESS directly through the airline.

0 star Bad, mess, poor service in everything I booked a flight the airline changed for a new flight they notified cheap flight and they never informed me I missed the flight and they never returned my money and the supervisor Mr. Sebastian Martin never resolved anything afterwards After talking to me, he left me waiting for more than 10 minutes and then they told me that he left his shift, I had to stay at the airport for one night and then I had to book a hotel and pay for another flight. Lost money is an unreliable company and they do not help the client I do not recommend it at all and bad service at all

If you go to BBB you will see they have a 1.8 star rating.
Please read the reviews on BBB, there is A LOT of fraudulent activity involving this company! They have scammed so many people including me.
They lie and say the charges are from the airline company, after speaking with the airline company I found this was not true. They deceiving list the charge as the airline company, instead of the actual company charging you.
They completely ignore you and speak over you when you talk.
I have put in claims with my bank and the BBB. I suggest you do the same if you have had similar issues.
Oscar (supervisor) accused me of lying, saying I gave my credit card info over the phone which NEVER happened.
I asked once he checks the recordings, that this company does NOT disclose that they take, will he apologize when he realizes he was wrong. He said "why would I apologize to you."
Long story…. And this is just part of what has happened.

This company cancelled my ticket without a refund and without my knowledge. I went online to check on my ticket since I suspected fraud and it was cancelled. They did not send anything to let me know they were doing this.
They have reached out multiple times but will only refund my money if I change my reviews to positive ones.
I refused his ultimatum.
After having an initial problem customer service was very good and solved the problem. It was easy and painless.
The customer Service I called Douglas hung up on me.
I have been harassed by Marcellus King based in India, called me to follow up with my negative review we have provided on line.
*******@cheapflightsfares.com has emailed and kept calling, in the beginning I have agreed to update the review, however during the conversation, felt like he is getting very pushy and tried to force us to update the review, he has kept calling, kept harassing us to change the review, we have told him he has been acting very unprofessional indeed, then he sent nasty email to us. We don't need $25.00 credit to update the review, we do not appreciate the service, suggest Marcellus's manager or your HQ team to look into the issue and stop calling customer to upstate our reviews, his follow up calls irrelevant to previous reviews. His unprofessional and rudeness should not be tolerant by any customer, will have negative impact on your business.

Once more I'm disappointed with Cheap Fares Flights. I have got the tickets with the Flight Refund Assurance. As I'm having personal problems with Covid-19, I have requested the cancellation with the flight refund but I was informed that you don't refund it. Can you please explain me exactly what I have paid for when I chose to the garantee that I would have a Refund in case of a person issue?
