I had called to book a flight to Washington, the first guy i talked to quoted me 195 for RT, he took 25 mins to book me and by than the prices went up, so he said it was now 235, i agreed to that as he took another 20 mins to book that. Coming back on and telling me the price had jumped to 280. I than gave up on him cause it was clear he was to slow to get me anything. I than hung up and called again to talk to another employee, who quoted me on a 245 flight, he than took 25mins to book me that, by the time he was done he came back on the phone saying the price had jumped to 307! When i was looking at a 250 flight online! I hung up and booked it myself, which took me 2 mins to do what these guys were doing in 20+ put in all my information and it said i had the reservation. After 2 hrs, i got a call from a cheapair employee who was very rude telling me it was no longer available at that price i had booked and the price was now 345! Absolutely unacceptable customer service and i was getting the feeling it was a spam, since the price kept going up everytime they were taking to long. If I'm told a price, that is the price i expect to pay. Not more and especially not when they are taking their sweet time in booking it, why should i pay more because the employees are slow and cant seem to do their job? This company is a horrible business. Do not use them
