Overall experience was great. Be sure to screenshot as you fill out the required forms, I always use my prefix Jr. For international traveling everything must match on passport drivers license and flight itinerary. It wasn't submitted properly, cost me 75.00 a letter to correct. 150.00… Live n learn. Other than that it was great..
We thought we could pick our own seats after paying fee but could not find out how. The cheap flights cheerfully refunded our fee and will try to set us together. Easy booking process overall.
When I clicked on do not add on the extra seating, and insurance it added it to my total anyways. Yes I paid for it because I really needed the flight. When I called customer service they told me I had to email travel help to see if I can get those charges taken off
