The man who helped me was literally sooooo helpful, nice, personable, smart and efficient. Often with customer service people you get a rude & unfortunately stupid person. I prepare for conflict when dealing with most "customer service agents." The man who helped me is someone I would hire. He should get a raise.

Mr. Danish was incredibly helpful and when being stressed out about making my flight when there was a 2 hour delay on the highway due to a crash when I'm trying to make it to a close family members memorial, can break even the toughest of people down.
