I had a change recently through the airline and cheapair was able to quickly change me to a better time for my destination. He gave me a courtesy call and changed everything in a timely manner!

Danish was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He solved my issue very quickly and politely.

Interjet changed their flight itinerary making it impossible for me to make my connecting flight. Since I was obliged to cancel international flights because of coronavirus, I did think the process would be complicated. However Danish handled the entire issue, got the flights cancelled and also go back the cost of same less a small fee. He handled the whole transaction with detailed precision and in a professional manner that I much appreciated.
