Poor customer support
December 15, 2021

Sent money through zelle as an option that chase offers online banking. Sent money on Oct 28 2021, and here we are Dic 14 2021 and the money is in limbo. The person at the other end has not seen the funds in her bank yet. I called customer service at chase and they said that they can't do much other than confirm that it was sent using the correct phone number... They suggested for me to call directly to zelle, which I did, just so they can tell me that they could not help me either since I sent the money though my bank. They told me that it was my bank that needed to assist me on finding these funds. I called again to Chase, and told them what zelle said... The specialist told me that they could not do anything more than what they said at the beginning. So I'm in the limbo with $465.00

Opened a few business accounts for rental properties.

-Constantly denies Zelle payments and locks you out of your account, even when it's only a few hundred dollars

-Phone support is nearly useless. You'll get bounced from one department to another as almost no one has the sole power to fix issues. You'll spend over an hour or two to get your account unlocked

-Bill pay failed to deliver a check. They don't track it and will just make you do a stop payment, holding everything up

Useless for business banking.

Great conditions
December 9, 2021

In my opinion, all the financial institues are so underestimated. There is a belief in society that they're created specially for one main purpose. This purpose is to make people poorer and get all their money from them. Nevertheles,, it's not like that and if you have financial literacy then it won't be difficult for you to sort out in every financial instrument which is provided by banks. I have decided to take out a mortgage because I understood that everything would be okay. This company provides me with brilliant conditions, because I have financial literacy.

Their online banking website is useless, and to reach customer service takes half of your day. The phone connection is horrible and It usually takes several attempts and calls to resolve a matter or update the profile.

I pay by credit card because supposedly it affords you a degree of protection if you find you have been scammed. I hired a roofing company to replace some fascia board and gutters and put in a drip edge. They first installed ridged, wood-look fascia board that didn't match my smooth fascia board. I asked them to change that. They used cement board, which, not being in the trades myself, I did not know was not reversible. They reversed it. I found out from the manufacturer that you cannot do that. The company was by that point not communicating with me. They had messed up other parts of the job including promising to take care of paint, then putting that on me. And showing me one color brochure that was for aluminum gutters not steel, so they brought out a color I had not chosen and will have to have painted to match the windows -- more expense. The company was not even a real company -- it was just a guy who went around getting people to sign on for gutters and/or roofs, and then the guy goes around to other crews to see if they want extra work! The job had to be redone. I submitted all evidence to the Chase dispute department. It was torture dealing with them. They would say they didn't receive things that I had the personnel at my local Chase branch fax to them. Then we would fax again. Then they would say they had the material after all. Then they would say they didn't. And on it went. Totally unprofessional. They were in an outsourced telecon type place overseas and seemed to be reading off a script. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was cut off. It takes about a half hour to get through to anyone. If you are cut off, they will not call you back. You have to start all over no matter how many hours of your time it takes. I wasted hours and hours trying to dispute the charge only to be told, without any substantiating reasons, that the charges from the scam company were "valid." I had my credit card with Chase for decades. I shut down the account. I am also in the process of closing my substantial savings account with them and moving everything to other banks. Supposedly being a "private client" is supposed to afford you some degree of extra assistance -- it didn't. Just more Chase b. S. It was bad enough getting ripped off and having to have work done twice. Chase made it ten times worse instead of helping. Don't bank at this place. As long as you are helping them, you will be fine. If you need any help from them, you won't get it.

This is a review of the Chase VISA Card Benefit Services, which is supposed to help the consumers but what it does is really help themselves. How?
I bought a new Dell laptop in 2019. It ended up with a hinge problem resulting in broken LCD assembly + an inflated battery resulting in broken covers. I filed an online claim with Card Benefit Services (CBS). They quickly denied it stating I did not provide a US warranty (!). They NEVER read the warranty. I proved I had the US warranty. Now they paid up the initial claim, being proven liar and non-credible. However, the second claim about broken covers, they have never paid, in spite of escalating the complaint to James Dimon and Gordon Smith of Chase Executive Management and VISA CEO Alfred Kelley.
Chase, unfortunately, approves of this tactic and despite repeatedly complaining to them, they have refused to do anything.
CBS is the biggest fraud on unsuspecting customers. It gives you a false sense of security when there is none to be had. CBS will approve all small claims while denying the large claims, and since there are more small claims than large claims, they can show a great experience rate and claim pay-up rate. A scam that Insurance Regulators and AGs should investigate.

Banking services ar pretty spread nowadays and it's difficult to avoid them. I tried to deny the presence on high technologies like debit cards and credit cards in my life, however I started to understand that I can't exist without them. I applied here in order to take out a credit card because i needed money for acquiring new bicycle for summer. The customer support managers are pretty responsive and reliable here. They answered all my questions and helped me with the process of taking out credit card. I'm really grateful to them and now I feel very happy.

I have never used debit cards of cerdit cards because I was convinced that all of these financial instruments are for those people who can't comply with traditional ways of managing money. However, I started to understand that nowadays our world is extremely dveloping and it's very difficult to avoid credit or debit cards. I applied to this company in order to ask them to help me to sort out with these financial instruments. Managers here helped me a lot and now I acquired new debit card and already know everything about using it. Of course it was pretty difficult but ginally I sorted out in this stuff.

Holds on Deposits
November 13, 2021

When check deposits are made via ATM or through the app, my earnings are held sometimes up to 7 days. The same company check for the past 3 years. It is unfair to me and my family. Not to mention the fact that Chase doesn't help their customers with bettering their lives. After researching Chase and many other banks I've decided that they aren't here to help the people just themselves.

Beware of the horrible Chase support of transactions disputes. Thats non- existance. They DO NOT protect thier customers from unintended charges from merchants, fraudent charges, malpractice transactions from merchants. My merchant charged me $165 for plan which i never signed up for. I submitted my dispute within 2 months. Chase refused to dispute the transaction. They made up their own policy on spot to drift you away. Rather than resolving the issue, they will simply blame you(customer) for the transaction and never refund you the money charged on card. I had amazing experience from other popular credit cards like Discover which protected customers from all kinds of malpractise transactions. AVOID chase credit cards!

Sat on hold for over an hour, was redirected to 4 different people/departments, and after my 4th time explaining the significant fraudulent transactions I needed addressed, they HUNG UP.

Now I am out hundreds of dollars and my only hope is to attempt the process described above all over again. Which is during the WORK DAY, so I just lost part of my hourly pay for this, but I can't call outside of business hours because customer service is closed. Just to be hung up on and not helped during a very difficult time with an extremely concerning situation over my finances trusted with Chase. I was given no help with my situation to (hopefully!) get my fraudulent transactions rectified on my debit card account, and lost part of a work day, during which every hour really counts. Absolutely awful experience.

Tried to call Chase cred cd support to reverse a charge from a scammer charging a high fee for signing up for TSA precheck. TSA advised that these guys were scammers, and it costs nothing to sign up for Precheck appt. Chase rep basically said I'm screwed. Lady directed me to waste my time trying to contact the scammer, and unless I do then they won't initiate any dispute. OF COURSE THE SCAMMER'S NOT GOING TO ANSWER ME AND REFUND MY CARD! The only place worse than these guys is Bank of America.

There is a new policy that if you escalate your issues to the executive office, there is a HUGE possibility that your Escalation rep will not be helpful or courteous. It is clear that senior management does not value your business. Mr. Dimon himself does not appreciate emails or feedback from his dissatisfied customers. Feel free to email him yourselves and hopefully you have better luck. You can find his direct email address online. Chase ONLY cares about their own ambitions and greed. We are seriously looking for another bank that actually cares about customer loyalty. Chase sucks! Check the BBB, so many complaints filed against Chase.

I have been a Chase customer for probably 20 years now. I was with Washington Mutual but it got acquired by Chase in the aftermath of the 2000 financial meltdown. I have since had two checking account, one "saving" account, debit cards, and a couple of credit cards. Lately I have moved most of my assets to Capital One instead since they offer far far far better interest rates and customer service.

Chase customer service is horrific. This week there was a problem with one of our credit cards not showing up in the account overview online. I had to wait over an hour on hold with customer service, and then was diverted to one person after the other. Eventually, after spending the better part of an evening on this, it was resolved.

Reliable

Really easy to navigate. Good customer service. Great platform and very innovative easy to navigate and they've got good interphase.

Incase you're thinking of investing in cryptocurrency, forex and stocks. I did advice you to try out BTCPROFITUK, COM for lucrative investment deals where you invest and you monitor your funds as it grows. The most interesting thing is that you can make a withdrawal at any time of your choosing. Its not like other platform that takes over 24 hours to make withdrawals successful. I implore you to check it out..

Bunch of Crooks
February 1, 2021

We have always paid our bill on time. We got a letter from Chase saying they were raising our interest rate in order to increase their profitability. We complained and they didn't care. Then this year (2021) when the mail service was having problems and mail was being delivered late. They charged us a late payment fee. We got our bill two days before it was due, we paid it as soon as we got it. They show they got the payment one day after it was due. So they charged us $28.00 for a late fee. All the other banks and credit card companies we deal with sent a letter saying because of the mail delays they would waive late fees. Chase sent out a notice that they were raising their late fees to $40.00. They are only interested in how they can get your money. Do not use them for anything! Maintain your profitability, avoid Chase at all costs!
