The vibe still exist at certain bank, your money is welcome don't expect any more. Very distant, non-relational and inconsiderate, if you want quality skip Chase, especially in person.

Service is terrible, they hold business checks for 10-14 days, even if you have enough to cover in your account, bank employees act like they do not want to be there. Don't say you were not warned.

I just opened my account with chase and literally closed it in a 2 week span. The closed my account without notifying me and when I called they told me they couldn't do anything about it and that I would have to go to a branch to open it back up. I work from 7am to 5pm and the nearing bank to me is 30mins always and it closes at 5pm! Then when I explained to her that I was never contacted she got quiet and didn't say anything on the phone for 5 minutes. Piece of $#*! workers and a piece of $#*! bank.

Bad For Small Businesses
February 25, 2022

In late 2021, I opened a business account knowing that I would make several large wire transfers both domestically and internationally. I went with Chase thinking that, since they were a big bank, transfers would occur seamlessly. Unfortunately, they are not. A 5 digit international transfer, that I personally approved, was flagged as fraud. No matter how hard I tried to tell them that I did send the money, they seemed absolutely sure of it.

There was a five-digit deposit in the account that was able to cover the international transfer. Since the deposit was more than the transfer, the balance was still positive at the time the account went under investigation. Now I am being told that the account is in the negative. Apparently, the deposit used to cover the transfer has been returned and the transfer itself has yet to be recovered.

Previous to this, I was told that the investigation was completed and a cashier's check of the remaining positive balance would be mailed. Now, for reasons really unknown to me, the account is back in the negative.

All of this was told to me after over 2+ hours of waiting on the phone. They cannot tell me when this will all end. I need that money but it is held up through no fault of my own.

If you are a small business, especially if your account is young, I do not suggest banking with Chase. You could be flagged over a simple wire transfer and have much-needed money held up for no reason at all. I do not plan to bank with them ever again.

A while ago I booked a flight to Russia via Chase. I am trying to get a refund b/c Russia started a war and it's unsafe to travel. Chase said it's not covered. What humane company is willing to send their customers into a terror zone!? PLEASE HELP!

Chase seems provides a good online banking exprience as long as you don't need to talk anyone to resolve an issue. Customer phone support let you have the the urge to close your account and move money to another bank. Holding an hour before anyone answer the phone. A faklingly polite person wants to help but they are really do no $#*! as they are not hired to resovle problems.

IS THERE A MINUS RATING?
February 23, 2022

Is there a minus rating? As i sit here writing this i have been on hold for 1 hour and 26 minutes to try to get my recent cash deposit released from the hostage situation i amin. A renter who owed many mant months of back rent finally got rent releif from covid and the STATE sent her a check which she promptly signed over to me and i deposited it. Big mistake. They froze all my accounts. I cant get a nickle out until it clears, and why? Because they think it may be fraud. These people are the most unhelpful and ignorant people i have ever dealt with. As soon as it clears im taking every penny out and screw them

Junk ATMs
February 20, 2022

How can a billion dollar world wide company have such trash for ATMs.
They're either full they're either empty or they're not working.
Just another unpleasant weekend at the ATMs today they're frozen they won't work can't do nothing touch screen won't work can't hit cancel won't give me my card back so I guess I just stand there in the freezing cold waiting for it to reject my card... What a pain... I will no longer leave any money in my bank ever it hits my bank I'm taking every time out and I ain't playing this game every weekend.
Want some good advice do the same thing never keep your money in Chase... they'll take it FAST and then take their sweet time verifying the funds. Really? The same funds every week from eBay transfer need to be verified every single time... creating longer wait times just access my money and then Im unable to bcuz you're ATMs are junk.
KEEP YOUR JUNK ATMS DONT UPGRADE THEM... KEEP YOUR LAZY EMPLOYEES WHO DON'T FILL THEM OR EMPTY THEM IN A TIMELY MATTER.
I'LL JUST TAKE MY MONEY OUT PUT IT IN HUNTINGTON WHICH IS BETTER BANK ANYWAYS WITH BRAND NEW UP-TO-DATE ATMS.

I had an 18 month intrest free purchase. I made a payment and they applied my payment to the intrest free instead of the the balance that has intrest. I called before I made the payment and was told wrong information. Other wise a good card with good cash back.

Chase experience
February 19, 2022

I've been with Chase Bank for roughly 13 years and I'd rather give my money to a thief than continue to bank with Chase. They double bill you, charge you ridiculous fees, just to tell you that they apologize and it will be reversed in 12 hours.

This is by far the worst bank I have ever banked with. They have taking over 1000 dollars in fees. When you deposit a check they keep your money for 7 whole days and won't even allow you to cancel it. This bank is basically robbers rob you of everything they can by adding outrageous fees with no limit. I would try a different bank with less fees.

Class Action Lawsuit
February 17, 2022

PLEASE HELP THIS GO VIRAL! If you or anyone you know has been wronged by Chase Bank PLEASE contact me at chase.sucks.a.fat,*******@gmail.com so I can add you to the class action suit I am filing. The more people that actually report their issues, the better chance that they will actually be forced to DO something about it. It's high time we took the power back from these soulless financial institutions who SAY we are valued customers and then treat us like crap!

Anna, David, and Cynthia
February 14, 2022

Just finished speaking with representatives from Chase. Asked for a simple request but you would think that it was for a pot of gold. From the snickering David, to manipulative Anna, and mouthy Cynthia all the customer service reps in the world could not fix the service these 3 provided. And Anna as a supervisor was using my time to fill out her complaint form and manipulative for her benefit. Words of anger were not appropriate but the customer service these 3 provided was the unacceptable. I do hope they all experience the difficult times COVID has been promoting and Chase finds it time to clean house.

Their points are a scam!
February 14, 2022

Chase rewards is absolutely the most pathetic program in the world! Their points are worthless. I show up to a hotel i booked with chase and the hotel didnt even know about the reservation. Now i wanted to book a flight and chase says they need 3 days notice to book online and at least 1-2 days notice to book over the phone. My points are worthless! I hate chase! So greedy! Its 2022! Anyone can book a flight in 30 seconds! But chase needs 3 days? What type of policy is this? Its absurd! A bunch of theives that dont let me use my points how i want to!

Arrogant Clown Show
February 9, 2022

I opened a new business this January after banking with Chase personally for over 30 years. Their "concierge" never answered his phone. Never contacted my accountant to get him approval to access the accounts, and the only piece of information he provided was incorrect. The bank itself insisted that any money transfers over $100K had to be done in person. That's untenable for my business. Then, in the past two weeks they have locked my account twice for "suspicious activity". No warning. No questions about whether I recognize a transaction. Didn't even tell me they HAD locked it. I found out when I tried to get access. The first time I had to wait on hold for OVER 90 minutes so they could ask me if I was aware that once I sent the money I couldn't get it back, and what the transaction was for. The second time I simply moved all my money to another bank. Oh, by the way. That second one was ME sending money to MYSELF. And was clearly visible to anyone looking at the transaction. Idiots. Poorly trained idiots.

Chase ATM stole my money
February 9, 2022

Hello everyone I recommend you do your research on chase bank before signing up. I went to deposit my rent money and the atm malfunctioned and stole my rent money, now I got all sorts of late fees and chase as of today still hasn't done anything to help me. My money was stolen Sunday. It is now Wednesday and they still haven't a thing to help me out. I called in this morning to get an update and they just don't care! I'm going through emotional stress and damage, and what their worried about is me being professional, after they legally robbed me and I can't do a damn thing!
