Changelly is by far my favorite site for coin trades. There are other sites but, none match their customer service and the shear number of coins they offer for swapping. I contacted customer service for an issue at midnight my local time and guess what? They answered in seconds and took care of the problem. I have no complaints about Changelly. Highly reccomended!

De BSV upgrade duurde vrij lang waardoor ik steeds ongeduldiger werd. Nadat BSV terug in werking was, werd ik door het Changelly team snel geholpen, en ging de transactie zeer vlot. First, let me assure you this is not paid advertising, I'm a regular guy living in upstate NY, and I am compelled to write this review, to help anyone new, or seasoned, in this space. I am an avid investor in crypto, and have had an account on Binance for 2 years. So the problems on Binance are several. First, things are in some places, seriously mis-labeled. For example, when you are sending crypto from Binance to a wallet, where it should say "receiving address", instead it says "withdrawl address." I 've emailed them to say this is improper, but they do nothing to change it-why? For a newbie, this would be very confusing, and I was very concerned of losing my crypto the first time I dealt with this. Then, when you exchange say Ether for ADA, you go into your funds, only to see the Ether is still there, but no ADA. After going back and forth, refreshing the balance page, after no change, I would have to go to "open orders" and cancel the order, and re do the order, in some cases multiple times until it finally "took."So I have found the site to be "buggy", and this doesn't lend confidence. Which is why Changelly is so refreshing and awesome. First, the design and layout on Changelly is clean, neat, and perfectly organized. The color scheme as well is excellent, the green and white on black is perfectly clear, and the words just pop. I have done dozens of transactions on Changelly, and they all go smoothly and without any hitch. And the process is laid out from start to finish, first what you are exchanging, and recipient wallet, and before you know it, in real time you see the exchange is happening, then you see the message that Changelly is sending to your receiving wallet. Check your wallet and -BAM-the funds are there, done. And, compared to the "BOT" that starts your chat on Binance, forcing you to go through several hoops before getting into a que for a live agent, click on chat in Changelly, and in moments a live person is there to answer questions. And the half a dozen or so times i've used this, including today, it is immediate, and the agents are really friendly, and know what they are doing. I honestly couldn't be happier with Changelly, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the Crypto universe.

I'm new to crypto and have not had the best experience with some sites, but Changelly was excellent. The transactions were quick and efficient. But what elevated it above the rest was the quality of the customer service. I had some issues sending to an EOS wallet address. They were patient and persistent and eventually found a solution. VERY quick responses.

Peter, one of the support staff, helped me report a problem of transaction issue with my wallet. He asked for refund or the value of the coin I wanted to exchange with the current price. I asked for the refund and reported the issue with the team. I will continue to use this website, I feel it is trustworthy to use. If it ask for KYC, then it should to prevent any fraud or financial crimes. I feel safe that I am using this website. Those who give bad reviews, are sure ignorant, or made an error with their transaction.
