I was very pleased with the speed of the support service. As soon as I realized that something was wrong with the transaction, I immediately wrote to the support. I didn't have to wait long for an answer, and one of the employees took control of the situation. Soon all my LTCs were in my wallet.
I recently started using this exchange, and now I'm ready to say that this is a great service! No matter how I wanted to find fault with something, I couldn't find reasons for this.

Hello to all. I would like to briefly describe my experience with this company.
I make swaps quite often but in small amounts. For various reasons, I have to swap a large number of different cryptocurrencies, and here it is very profitable to use changelly since they have a very impressive portfolio of currencies available for exchange.
Quite often, you can set a fixed exchange rate, because you don't want to lose money because of course jumps. Most swaps occurred fairly quickly and took 15-30 minutes. Sometimes there were delays of up to an hour and a half. In these cases, you already had to contact technical support. In most cases, supports helped speed up the process.
To summarize, I can say that this service, albeit not ideal, but still very good. I can confidently recommend it for use.

We all know how important our crypto is to us. I sent a large amount of crypto without a tag. When it was needed... that's when the panic sets in... first thing I did was contact the 24/7 customer service they made me feel better right away assuring me that my crypto was safe and it will take some time but a refund will be issued... I was having issues transferring btc for exchange on changelly due to coinbase outage, when coinbase finally came on, I sent the btc but the exchange rate had dropped significantly. However I was refunded back within the shortest possible time.

Got confused for a moment and within a few minutes support clearly explained what's the ongoing situation.
To use crypto transfers we as a customers need to get educated about blockchain and have basic understanding how altcoins behave when trying to buy them.

I have had a couple of problems and had to contact the Online Support Team for help, this is my second time getting myself in trouble.
I must say they have 1 of the best and awesome Online Support Teams for Help! That I have ever encountered yet! They make it quite easy for you and answer anything you can throw at them. Used the service to swap/exchange some crypto coins from one coin to another. I used the integration from Coinomi wallet, super easy, you can exchange coins in a few clicks and it's ALMOST impossible to make mistakes (yet I still made a mistake...)
It went well for most of the transactions, but I made a dumb mistake in one transaction so I had to reach out to their support team. The support team was very helpful in resolving my problem and helped me to get my funds back in a timely manner.
Would definitely use this service again, it's so much easier compared to using a regular crypto exchange. Would give it 4,5 stars, but that was not an option.
