I'd like to call Changelly a very reliable and fast exchange. It took me less than 5 minutes to perform a transaction.

Been using it for not so long, but really enjoy the simplicity and how nice the platform is. I'll recommend trying it for sure.

I attempted to swap 1 BTC to XRP. After 24 hours and 27 bitcoin confirmations, the swap still had not been done. Another day later, and I still have neither my BTC or XRP. I was told this would be dealt with the same day. Considering legal action against this bad practice company.

The coins end up to be hold after a few successful transactions and they don't refund you if you refuse to pass kyc Total scam. AVOID AT ANY COST.

Since when did Changelly require KYC?!? This is new and it is NOT heavily apparent at all. Then, once the transaction is executed one HAS to provide KYC in order to get the coin back whether as initiated or even as a refund. Legitimate exchanges will refund the coin back to the sender's address if KYC is refused but Changelly will keep it and "hold" it as ransom for one's private information. BUYER BEWARE.

Been nearly a year and Changelly still refuses to release my funds. Even with KYC, they want more and more information, an endless game. I asked for them to simply return the XMR back to the original wallet but they refuse.

I really love this so much all I know about blockchain it was only nice wallet thanks for checking on blockchain

Used Changelly since a while to DCA.
Always swapped cryptos, never used FIAT or credit card.

Today for a swap around 100$ of BTC, they wanted KYC. And as i'm refusing a KYC for a crypto swap, they just keep my BTC and don't cancel the transaction...

Crypto Customers, be warned.

Stay away from Changelly because if you submit a transaction that requires KYC verification and you opt-out of the KYC process, they will not refund the crypto you sent them, and it will be forfeited to them.
I submitted an ALGO-to-XMR swap on March 24,2022 that triggered Changelly's KYC process. I told Changelly that I did not want to complete the KYC process and asked them to refund me my ALGO. They told me that they couldn't refund the ALGO because they had already swapped it into XMR, and that I would need to complete the KYC process for them to release the XMR. Since I had no intention of completing the KYC process, I presented an alternate solution to Changelly. I asked them to swap the XMR back into ALGO at the prevailing market rate and to send the ALGO less any fees to the initiating ALGO address. Their security team refused to do this, and said that I needed to complete the KYC process for a refund.

DO NOT USE CHANGELLY, especially if you do not intend to complete their KYC process as they will not refund your crypto.

Stole my money. Didnt ask for kyc before it allowed my to send my btc and now wont send my money back. Avoid at all costs.

I was blown away by the quickness of the swaps; it was without a doubt one of the quickest exchanges I've ever witnessed.

Thing I can praise is the amazing quickness with which transactions are completed, I've made a few and they've all turned out perfectly, yes, you have to pay for them in terms of costs, but they are well worth it in my opinion!

I have never had a single big issue with Changelly since my first purchase. The changes were made quickly (only one took more than 15 minutes to proceed). They constantly add new currencies to the list, and it's a great way to learn about different altcoins, therefore I highly recommend it to anybody seeking for a new crypto trading site.

Four Months ago
Four Months ago, I deposited 2K Matic from Matic Mainnet but changlly doesn't support Matic Mainnet. They support ERC20 Matic. I didn't know that made a transaction.
So now I am helplessly begging for my founds from Changlly for continues more then four months. Their funny replys, they don't support Matic Mainnet so they are unable to excess my funds, They will return it once they will start supporting Matic but not guaranteed.
There was not any notice or anything during my transactions that can prevent me from doing that transaction.
I did little research on Matic both networks and found that You can send or receive Matic from any Network and you won't loss a single penny, Changlly is special dictates its own rules on costumers. I am still waiting in the dark but no help at all from Changlly.

Awesome crypto exchange! But you can't swap crypto for US dollars, only for another crypto. You can buy crypto for us dollar through Changelly. Crypto fees are reasonable, support works fast. I consider Changelly as the safest crypto exchange since they don't hold users' funds. Liked the UX.

I hardly ever write reviews but this company left a bad taste in my mouth. They changed up the terms in the middle of the transaction, and I didn't feel comfortable so when I tried to back out they insisted that I still cover the network. Even though, I reverified everything before sending them the money, everything changed within a 30 minute window and that's not cool. The network fee was tiny and they refused to refund it, thank god I didn't send a larger amount. Stay away from them

I've been using Changelly for 3 years and I had an issue with a transaction only once. But the support reacted right away and I've got feedback from the support lady within like 20 min. Changelly is the biggest crypto exchange for instant swaps which provides deep liquidity (it's important for the crypto exchange market). Thanks guys! You're the best.

I am still waiting on my refund and Changelly closed out my ticket. My ticket should remain open until my refund is issued. That is when my case will be resolved and then could be closed. It has now been 10 days. I will update when I actually get my money back. I do think it is ridiculous that it is taking this long considering the fact that sending the bnb was a quick and immediate action.

I use Changelly crypto currency exchange for about a year and I want to admit a digital exchange's list that is quite wide. I found tokens that I wanted to swap and buy on this platform and the rate was very good. Thanks! Keep moving forward.

My coins have been stuck in the exchange for almost 3 months. I have been constantly emailing them and I chatted with them through live chat and they tell me they cannot give me a timeline in which I will get my coins back?
How is that possible... they told me 20+ days and I will get them back. Now what to do I cannot sleep... they are not help at all

Give me my money back. It's a scam. I've dep here some money. But when I would like to take the, back, it doesnt withdrawal them me.
