I've bought 3 cases for my iPhone 6S Plus. You'd think I would learn after receiving the 1st one! No! All 3 are damaged! 1 is dirty! 1 didn't have a carrying strap. I complained & the response I got was it didn't show a strap in the picture. I then said why does it have a hole in it? I never heard back! Terrible products. Also, I tried to post my complaint on another site, but it wouldn't accept it!
Not one word? No phones answered? No emails returned? No product shipped in 24 hours as stated on website? Disappeared? Hidden shipping charges!
I ordered Custom Cases of my boys College Graduations. CellularOutfitter created the Cases to my opinion of perfection. They never knew how much these Cases meant to me, yet, they made them with quality. Excellent communication, Customer Service. I do recomment CellularOutfitter to anyone interested in a Custom Case. Notably if you own an Edge Phone! Thank ~ You CellularOutfitter!
"Order #******* **UPDATE** Wrong item sent. Customer service was generous trying to fix problem. Ended up with FULL REFUND even though no items were returned to them. I thank Audrey for taking a negative situation and turning it to a POSITIVE.

No charge for shipping on final order until you click submit and then a high shipping appears when you have placed the order. I sent immediate email to cancel and nobody responded. I then spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone before my call went to voice mail. This is a scam house
As a followup someone did get back to me with a lame didnt you get a previous correspondence showing we always charge for shipping - duh - how would i know as this was 1st and last time i deal with them, i eventually got them ti cancel the order
I ordered a cell phone case for my new LG G4, I received the case today. It is for LG G4 at all! The The case is much bigger and not curved to match the curved back. So I follow the instruction on their website, try to send email to return, but the email got returned for technical reason!
I order two glass-screen covers, Samsung s7, they were not wide enough by far.
The Samsung S7 tough cases appear to be the next best thing to an Otter Case! Nope, tough getting on and the other part with a belt clip, once you put it on the front, you have to work hard to get it off.
We haven't tried the iPhone s6 yet.
And customers should be warned, they charge shipping for each item. They send it altogether in a packing envelope.
And that free Touch Screen ballpoint pen, never got it!

Product was was received and it was not compatible with the phone.
I contacted the Cellular outfitter and they realized it was the wrong product and they did not stock the case for my phone.
An offer for a refund was given.

What a sham - I fell for an old, cheap trick! CellularOutfitter claimed that because of high demand I had 10 only minutes to complete my transaction (it counted down seconds!). I entered my credit information without noticing that there were no shipping options. I could have sworn it said free shipping on first offer, but could find no evidence of that via my back button. Once the order was ' completed ' (their language) a box appeared that said I had been charged $5.99, bringing the total up to $17. Obviously Í'll yelp.

There is a Shipping & Handling Fee for every order which is a per item fee.
The Shipping and Handling for USPS First Class is $5.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item.
On our checkout page, there is a box with all available shipping methods which you can use to calculate your total. Hit apply and see the total you will be charged. Customers who forgo this step will automatically have the lowest cost option applied to their order.

Offered free shipping, price was reasonable, When I finished filling in the form including the credit card info an outrageous shipping charge was added. I could find no way to cancel the order including phone call. Tried to add another cover, sent an E mail, and left a phone message. This was mid afternoon on a Friday, called early Monday and they said it had been shipped with no offer to correct the shipping charge which was more than the cover.
The items I ordered said on the page where you add to your cart *Item in Stock *Will leave our warehouse today. I expected to receive shipping confirmation by the end of the day. Next day sent a message asking why I haven't received a tracking number. The reply was a link to a shipping policy BS! When I clicked add to cart I was lead to believe it would ship that day. They've lost a customer!
They hide the shipping costs! Only after you submit your credit card information you realize that you also got charged an outrageous price for shipping!
Tried to contact them numerous times about this but they never responded back!
I recently ordered a phone cover and everything seemed to be fine. I went back to the site to check the shipping and it said my order was cancelled, but they already charged my card. BEWARE!
I will NEVER shop this website again. I paid $2.47 for a screen protector and $7.99 for shipping. Wireless Emporium is a much better website and free shipping. They don't show the shipping fee until AFTER you hit the submit button. Now my phone is full of air bubbles, INCREDIBLE!
I ordered products totaling $7.88. After (and not before) clicking to complete the order a shipping charge of $13.97 appeared! I attempted to cancel the order but was told it was too late, and that I could arrange a return. When I called to do that (waiting more than 30 minutes for a phone pick-up), I was offered a $5.99 refund on shipping top my PayPal account, which I accepted. The refund has not happened despite numerous attempts to contact customer service.
Update 3/22/16 - I was contacted with an apology and given a full refund of the shipping charge. Had they followed thorough with the promised $5.99 refund in a timely manner, I never would have written this review. The refund does not make up for the aggravation. I will still avoid them in the future.
DO NOT ORDER FROM CELLULAR OUTFITTER. I ordered two phone chargers from Cellular Outfitter about two years ago and was extremely happy. My how things have changes. This time the prices seemed very inexpensive, but the outrageous shipping and handling didn't appear until after checkout and my credit card was already charged. $21.91 for a $43.53 is pretty steep. Since it seemed like I was getting a pretty good deal on the items, I didn't cancel the order. Apparently their fulfillment center doesn't know the difference between a Galaxy S5 and an iPhone and can't count to four because I got iPhone changers instead of Galaxy S5 chargers and only received three of four car chargers. I have emailed customer service through their website twice with no response. When I email directly to *******@cellularoutfitter.com, it is rejected by the server domain. Cellular Outfitter does not answer the phone.
I firmly believe any positive reviews you see are written by Cellular Outfitter's own employees. Look around, there aren't any legitimate happy customers. If they fix the issues with my order, I will gladly return and correct this review.
Ordered headphones they are knock off items very poorly made. Very upset paid $25 for and at best a. 99 cent ebay item. Stay away!
I have purchased a few things from Cellular Outfitters and am pleased with their prices, quality and shipping. Recently one of my orders was supposed to have a coupon code automatically applied but it didn't work. When I called their customer service dept, Carlo straightened it all out and refunded the difference. I'd recommend Cellular Outfitters to anyone looking for reasonably priced cell phone accessories.
They advertised free shipping and 20% off, yet they charged full retail, and charged shipping (which was double the cost of the item) RIP OFF ALERT! STAY AWAY! You've been warned.
