Never have I spent two days trying to get a company to answer the phone on my account. I was charged three times on C. C. and no product at house. They also got my street name wrong. G. I give this company a Big 5 X... No star from me! Shoot you have to pick a star to submit. They got this rigged too.

I made a mistake by choosing the wrong shipping option, which would have costed a lot more than the standard parcel post option. As soon as I paid for the order and realized my mistake, I emailed CellularOutfitter, and they were able to switch the shipping for me right away!

I made a purchase of many iPhone cases- several styles and colors- for my company. A few of the cases were not what I ordered. I used the online chat to let Cellular Outfitters know of the issues. After explaining the error and providing my order number, I was told they would ship out the correct cases free of charge. This all took about 5 minutes. Very quick, effective and excellent customer service.

They sent other items and charged me foor them and i have called them 8 times and cant talk to anyone always voice mail

The power button was torn which made me a little mad.

The outer rim of the case is coming off the case I would like to know about getting a new case or refund and how to return the old one.

I sent you 3 envelopes. One was empty with a packing slip to show what I received that I kept - the other two had items that I wanted to return and were a mistake. Thank you for responding and your prompt service.

I am so happy the way my purchase went. After receiving the wrong screen protector customer service stepped in to get me the right protector for my phone. My emails to them were answered in a fast and Courtious way.

I ordered, among other things, a glass screen protector for my cell phone. Unfortunately, it was cracked when it arrived in the mail.

However, after simply emailing CellularOutfitter to let them know this, they are sending me a replacement - no questions asked!

Loved the "real glass" screen protector and the shipping was excellent. I bought another one for my wife but the protector had a scratch on it and they sent out a free replacement one immediately! Great customer service!

I accidentally ordered the wrong case and send an inquiry to return. Pauline responded within 1 day that a replacement. I was expecting a hassle but didn't get one.

I could not find out what my shipping cost was before I paid. The shipping cost was actually 50% the cost of my items. Which is outrageous. Had I known before hand I never would've purchased anything. I emailed them a couple times with questions and received NO RESPONSE, and still have not received my items. Will never shop on this site again.

A screen protector was left out of my order and the same day I sent an email stating this is received an email about an order being sent to me for my missing protector. Couldn't be happier and absolutely surprised with such a quick response with no hassle.

After errors with shipping details corrected, CO customer service staff resent my goods at their expense. Be sure to check your shipping address when ordering. Product quality is excellent and prices are great. Finding accessories for an older Samsung phone was a challenge. Website is easy to navigate and free gifts a plus. I now feel confident in recommending Cellular Outfitters to others!
