They sent me 1 of 7 items I ordered. I received this shipment 2 weeks after I ordered. Was told when I ordered this will "leave the warehouse today." Received another customer's receipt with my order. Contacted them told them to cancel order, they sent more items to me and completely ignored my e-mail asking to cancel the rest of the order. Charged me $17.93 for small bubble mailer weighing less than 5 lbs. Customer service rep responded to me as if she did not even read the e-mail? 'Sorry to hear about that the rest of the order has been sent...' The order I cancelled?
The service I receive with Cellular Outfitter is always prompt and courteous. Also, the prices and selection of covers and cases for my cell phone can't be beat.
Anson went above and beyond to help the situation turn from horrible to making the end of our conversation with a smile on my face extremely happy and will always get my cases and accessories through Cellular Outfitter.com Anson is the reason why I will still use Cellular Outfitter in the future Anson is a very big asset to Cellular Outfitter without him I would have just gotten a full refund. Anson thank you so much again you are the man!
Lauren went above and beyond! She was extremely helpful. Because of Lauren, I will happily remain a customer of Cellular Outfitter. I love their products and fast delivery of their products.
Still don't have an understanding of why the shipping cost was so expensive. The prices for the merchandise was reasonable but the shipping was almost as much as the items combined.
They have great accessories for half the price or more you would pay in stores. They exchanged something that broke no questions asked. GREAT customer support and I will always go to CellularOutfitter before anyone else. Great prices and great customer support, you can't beat that.

I've been having battery issues with my Samsung s3 and Cole from Cellular Outfitter has gone beyond assisting me with just my purchase but has answered technical questions and made me feel as if i was talking directly to someone and answering my questions the best he could. That's true customer service!
I have ordered from this site several times. After my last purchase I noticed that the discount was not applied to the total order and the shipping seemed more expensive than in the past. I email my complaint and within 24 hours Anson from the Customer Service Department replied. Apparently the discount only applied to certain items not the entire order, but Anson gave me the discount anyway and even discounted the shipping! No arguments, no back and forth. He was professional, courteous, and direct. I received more of a discount than I deserved and I will definitely order from this site again and recommend it to others. Thanks for the great customer service!
This would have been my third cell phone case purchased from Cellular outfitter. Unfortunately this time I never received it. Aly was a great help in getting my refund taken care of which brought what would have been 3 stars up to 4 stars. There needs to be a better tracking system since I never received any information that it was ever shipped.

This website is fraud don't waste your time here. I order iPhone screen protector screen mount I never got it yet it's bin almost 10 days and there is no customer service to give me an update and tracking is joke nothing shows up on tracking so don't buy from this website it's 100% fraud and waste of ur time
At first I was disappointed at not getting someone over the phone, but was elated with the service of a Aly like. Solved my problem with ease and was very courteous via email! Haven't had this in awhile!
