The customer service representative took care of me and was fast about it.
Maneuvering around the site is pretty simple until you place something in your basket. Once you do that & click on "continue shopping" it's very slow to bring you back to the place where you had been. Which gets frustrating.
Other than that, mailing was fast, easy & I was notified my package was mailed & left at my door.
I received my package within 5 days.
I love my cellphone case. The communication with CellularOutfitter was great. Very good customer service.
Massive email bombardment, item I ordered was on backorder, was not notified of this when placing order, order was not shipped until I contacted customer service to inquire about order, never received notification that item was back in stock despite obnoxious emails. Will never do business with this company again. You guys suck.
BAD! Sold as new, 2007 software! That will not work. Unsupported by OEM since 2010! OEM said should NEVER have beeb sold and you knew this.
NO help from your complaintl link, "customer service web site doesn't exist, email link won't pass my requests via the site and I composed ~ 5 messages and it lost them all!, 800 number was called 3 times and after ~1:45 on hold by the auto system, I got a voice recorder! I'm not holding my breath to get a call back.
Think this is a scam and I'm contacting BBB, payPal, and Amazon re your practices.

Shipping was more than cost of order. Would not give shipping cost prior to placing order. Case will not stay closed when you put cards or money in slots provided. The only reason to have this type of case is to be able to carry ID, credit card, money, etc. with your phone. Does not work, Will not even hold one item and still stay closed. If it didn't cost more to ship it back then to keep it, I would return it.
Had a good experience with your company would order again if need arises
This is the second time they shipped the wrong item on the same order.

I needed a case and got more than I expected. The screen protector and stylus were bonus items! And to think, it's for an older style phone.
I made a stupid mistake and ordered a case for a different phone than I own, and when I asked how to return it, they said not to worry about it and refunded it anyway.
I had some problems in the beginning with getting a hold of someone to talk to about my order and was very upset because I didn't know what was going on finally Lauren contacted me and I was taken care of and recieved my order I really feel she made the difference so great job Lauren. Thank steve
I received my order and it was not the correct item. Tried calling and stayed on hold until a vm connected. No one called back. Sent emails and no one responded. Returned order for replacement, have not received. Going to have my credit card company reverse the charges and then I'll hear from them. Will never order from them again.

I ordered 3 cases and a screen protector. Delivery time was great I got my order just after a few days of ordering. They got one order wrong but was quick enough to replace it. Friday I called about the wrong item and got the replacement Monday. I like the quality of the products too.
I give the customer service agent Anson Hsu a five star rating, but it took some really frustrating emails with others before reaching him. I am, because of him, leaving this rating as a happy customer. The product itself is just as described and the price is good, and Mr. Hsu's help, all ended well.
I ordered phone case on Sep 5th. Got charged that day. Received email confirmation followed by tracking number that it was mailed. Three weeks later no item arrived so I wrote to them. I got money refunded but not fully and email that they cancelled the order. They didn't notify me they cancelled order. They did all this after my inquiry and refunded yesterday after getting my inquiry. They short changed me.
I ordered a phone case. At time of order I saw NO shipping fees. I looked next day.and had. Shipping charges added. I was furious. But attentive rep Cole explained that the fees came after I tap apply. Still foggy on that. But bottom line Cole quintessentially helping, kind send polite. Cellularoutfitters is fortunate he is on their team!

I accidentally ordered the wrong phone case and screen protector. When i called the gal found the same design on the right model and even upgraded me to a nicer wallet case for free. I also go a new, free screen protector and the best part is that i dont have to return my old stuff. It was really amazing!
My original order appeared to have gotten lost in the mail. Lauren quickly took command of the situation and sent me the order again, but for free AND by Priority 2-Day Mail! I received it a few days later, and as usual it was exactly what I wanted!
Answer: Whatever you do DO NOT buy from Cellular Outfitter! Stay away, horrible experience!
