First the web page did not indicate shipping costs until order was finalized. Shipping exceeded cost of product. Called almost immediately to cancel but had already been shipped. Product was not what we had in mind so returned item via USPS. Called to see if company would pay return costs. They said if I had called they would have refunded item cost and I wouldn't have to return item under new policy! Would not recommend this company. Cost over $8.00 to send $9.00 item back.

They sent me a defective phone case

I recieved a defective phone case it didnt fit properly around the phone and the phone clip broke just like the you tube video said that it would and also called can never get no one on the phone always get a voicemail left at least 10 messages but they never return my calls very disappointed

Great customer service

Ordered item and pay pal made a mistake and item was ordered twice, sent one back to Cellular Outfitter and money was sent back to pay pal within minutes of receiving the returned item.
Thanks C. O. will not hesitate to order from you again.

Great customer service

I did not receive 1 item in my order. I emailed and Gerard notified me the item was out of stock. He worked with me to choose a new item. Very friendly, professional, and responded quickly. My only concern was I did not receive notification regarding the out of stock item until I reached out to customer support. Thank you

Good Customer Service

The screen protector I ordered for my Galaxy S7 did not fit. It's a new model phone with a few different models so I understand the confusion. Cellular Outfitters did make it right by issuing a refund

Confusion

I have ordered from you all several times and the descriptions nor the pictures of your products really explain what something has. For example I have ordered two cases and the way they were described the cases came with a hard outer shell and a screen protector. When I see that I expect to have the screen protection as part of the case not a case and a screen protector that you have to stick on your phone. And your return forms can be somewhat confusing as well. If your going to list the items on an order and expect us to check mark the items you want to return it should let you check mark all of the items before taking you to another screen. For example I had ordered four items it listed the items from that order but when I went to click on which items I wanted to return after I clicked on the first item I was taken to another page and couldn't get back to the previous page to click on anything else.

Too much BS

Clicked on 25% off button many times, didn't work. Then My order was double the price when they added the shipping and Handling, I believe that's where they make their money,
They have good prices but too much BS tied to the whole Experience, then the email bomb is way too much

Great assortments followed by great employees.
Lauren was polite and courteous. She was professional and pleasing. I was confused about an order and very concerned. She was so kind as she explained and as she asked if there was anything else she might help me with, all I could say was how happy she had made me. Returned order

I had to return almost everything I ordered. It all came for the wrong size phone. I do not know for sure whose error it was. I personally thought I ordered everything for a Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge but I received everything for a Galaxy 6 Edge plus and nothing worked. I have returned it all and haven't heard back from anyone yet.

I will say though I have ordered from them before and have had NO problems good customer service and good quality of items. So I am not saying do not order from them I just rated this order as it was. Quality was good service was good and fast it was just all wrong and I am not saying it was their fault. It could have been mine.

Everything came as it should, so far it's all worked out well. Just don't like all the many emails that are sent before and after, but really they are just practicing good and thorough customer service.
