This is a really nice wallet cover for my cell phone. I had to wait a month for it but it was worth the wait.
Saddened it still has not been taken care of but yet they have my 40 some dollars.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! My first order they sent the WRONG case then they resent another but this one you can't charge your cell with it on your cell. Basically they cell you irregulars CHEAP! Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone at this company. You hold forever they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM!
I found several cases for my new iPhone on the site and the price was great so I ordered two styles. The site was user-friendly, selection was nice and they arrived quickly. Thus far (10 days) I feel that the case I'm using is very well made and I love the flip out card holder.
I got the charger that I needed.
But, you folks send out way tooooooo many e-mails

Added a couple items to my cart. Selecting a shipping method was not as easy. There was a price only on the most expensive option. So I thought hey, 2nd day must be free too!
Was wrong. Trying to find out the price of that option, I hit submit order. Shipping price turned out be a little more than half the total of the items I was buying.
Within minutes, I emailed customer service to cancel, but did not receive a response until AFTER the items were set to ship.
I received a partial refund of the shipping price, but it was a small amount.
Not happy with the transaction overall.
Will I buy from Cellular Outfitters again? I don't know.
All products came on time and as expected. Just my phone protector, you can still see the glue residue left from the sticker that was there. Have to find something that will take it off without damaging the product. The other thing is, I now get way to many emails from them which is a bit irritating.
First time buying from this company and I was thrilled with all aspects of my experience, including the great prices, user-friendly website, product delivered on time and exactly what I ordered. No hidden anything, just good stuff.
Shopping is so easy, just type in what you want and for what phone or electronic device and they take you to the list of available items! So quick! Products I have purchaced arrive fast, and are exactly what they stated they are. And the prices are the best around!
Be careful regarding shipping prices, policy not evidently clear to customer. While prices may be good, they'll get you on shipping. Also, website tricky & annoying with pop ups constantly wanting you to add items for discount when in reality you just end up spending more.
It took about one month to finally receive my order. I ordered several items around August 25th. An envelope came shortly thereafter with my name and address on the envelope. Unfortunately someone else's order was inside! I reported this by e-mail prior to Labor Day Weekend. Almost a week later I finally had a response from "Jessica." She indicated that a replacement would be sent and also said she was issuing me a credit for the inconvenience. As time went on I never received Jessica'a replacement nor credit and finally requested that someone call me. A gentleman finally called me and authorized a real replacement order which I received when he promised. I never received any type of credit for all of the mishanldling of my order. Hence I would be very hesitant to place a future order. I can understand the original error, but the way in which it was subsequently handled was inexcusable and very frustrating.
The Sept. 20th date above is for the replacemnt order.
The case fits well and looks exactly as it was supposed to.
I am very pleased with the items that I've received. There was a small hiccup w/ my order, however, it was taken care of promptly by a fast and friendly customer service rep.
Ordering a belt holder for my 5.5" cell phone and had it in 2 days. Awesome.
