I made a mistake somehow on the item I ordered, I had no way of cancelling it. I tried to call but no one would answer. I left a message... I also left an email, I call my billing source and they left an email.
After the item was shipped they contacted me 2 days later and found out they shipped it right after they contacted me. How convenient. I'm still getting a $25.00 shipping fee. Dirty operation to do something so petty. I'm still not going to get my refund.
Price and delivery was exceptional. Only problem it does charge as fast as one that came with phone as I had expected.
It was easy to navigate their website and it had a lot to offer. I ordered my product and it arrived in a very timely manner and in excellent shape.
I orderd one item, a cell-phone case to replace one from another source that had not stood up to use. It took some doing to find one with the feature I wanted -- a belt clip. But I found one, at a good price. I was offered a discount if I bought a couple of related items in the same order, and chose to dpo so. The items arrived in a timely way. Transaction over? One would think so. However, in less than two weeks I have received over a dozen emails from this firm trying to sell me various things that I have no need of or desire for. I am approaching the point of adding an email rule to move anything and everything from this company to spam, without ever looking at any of it.
High delivery fees and it's impossible to get in touch with them to cancel an order.
I finally did get a full refund, but had to call 3x and I sent an email to customer service the night before in addition (immediately after ordering the items, while they were still closed).
Then the offered to cut the delivery fee in half because it had already been "tendered to delivery". I didn't want the items and insisted that they cancel the order, so they finally did. What a pain in the neck. It shouldn't be that difficult.
Great price on cell phone case drew me to your website only to find misrepresentation. Looking over shipping and handling there was a price listed ONLY for over night service. So I chose the 2-4 day only to be stuck with a $9.99 fee with credit card approval! How snickey. Then my email flooded with advertisements for your website. So I went back on only to tracked with additional emails. Not Impressed!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item I emailed the company they responded very fast and got my exchange completed I Love this company I have recommended the to my family anf friends to order all of there cell phone accessories
I bought a wallet case, car charger and it came with the stylus pen and screen protector - I like them all and they are of good quality. The only thing that I don't like is the wrist band... I wish it had been made of leather as well. My mistake for not looking closer when ordering.
Easy to find the items I was looking for and the prices were wonderful. No extra price to upgrade the shipping but shipping charges were pretty high.
Had an issue with shipping rates being unclear, but customer service made generous offer to make it right. Product received promptly and as promised.
I like my new phone case because it is very versatile when I want to set it up to watch a video from my phone by using the "kick stand". I like the softness of it as well. Not like the hard plastic ones.
Sent a replacement cord that was only 3 foot long, needed the 6 foot one,
Found a much better case than the store I bought my phone at, and they were able to offer a glass screen protector where the store I bought the phone at said those were not made for my phone because of the cured edges.
Darwin handled my refund and return issue wonderfully. He was prompt in responding and it was hassle free.
The stand on the back of the cell phone cover was missing. Also this place sent constant emails from the moment I placed the order.
Stay away... you can do much better at other similar sites. This company is very disingenuous in that the shipping cost is not shown until after your credit card is accepted... by then it is too late as they do not allow your order to be cancelled once it's submitted.
The material was cheaper than I thought and the wrist handle doesn't seem like it will keep with my usage.
My order was lost a couple times so didnt get forever but they tried to make it right by resending a couple times as it got lost 1 or 2 times so they reshiped and finally got 2 orders
