Do NOT buy their supposed "tempered glass" screen protectors. They are a flimsy piece of cheap plastic. Their customer service told me i didn't know what tempered glass is and clearly I've never dealt with it before. That is the most condescending comment I've received from a customer service desk. It's been about two weeks and I am still in shock over their response. With that being said, good prices and good basic protectors. Didn't get the level of protection that website showed but basically satisfied.
And I tried to call during your business hours twice but was on hold for a very long time and never got though. I got a reply from my initial email so you clearly got the message to cancel the order, and I verified it yet again. When you shipped anyway, I cancelled payment through VISA. (It was a tiny order but I still felt bad about doing that, I just didn't feel like I could get in touch with you.)
I bought a cell phone case that ended up not fitting my phone. I have been trying to contact the company for a refund for MONTHS! And finally after writing a bad review Kiri from Cellular outfitters called me and left me her email but once again as soon as I emailed her she didn't respond, If you are looking for a company that has great customer service this Company is not it... Go elsewhere
I had a concern about delivery charge. This was handled very well & I was very satisfied with result. Products arrived sooner than expected.
I did not get everything that I ordered...
They shorted my 2 cell phone cords
My bill was over $ 70.00 and I have tried to contact them
But no reply back
Items received within 3 business days, much sooner than promised. Very nice case, good quality product.
Whoever Cody is that works for CellularOutfitter is actually creeping me out. He sends the generic emails about deals going on and then PS mentions he has friends in my area and that he has always wanted to visit, then asks if there are any good restaurants to eat at in the area? Then he sends me another email thanking me for my purchase, THEN sends another email to apologize for sending me the first email...? "I completely understand your confusion right now that was totally my fault, and I'm so sorry. Your friendship is extremely important to the whole team and me, and I respect your privacy 100%. Jules, please accept my sincerest apologies, and rest assured that this will never happen again. Talk to you soon.
