Ordered iPhone 7 plus case.
Received iPhone 6 Plus case.
There are differences that make it unacceptable for my 7 plus.

Had a small issue with the phone holder I ordered. I expressed my concern in SEVERAL emails. The last person to respond was Paulyne. She handled the situation FAR BEYOND my expectations. Cellular outfitters is a EXTREMELY customer oriented company, and it, and Paulyne have EARNED my HIGHEST endorsement.

Products I purchased were exactly what I wanted and the price was great. Site was eas to use and find items. Followup emails told me exactly when my shipment was to be here. Great experience. Will use this company again.

Website is user friendly, what you view is what you receive. I usually receive my case within 4-7 days

The order took so long to come, about 3 weeks, not the 4-10 days promised and came incomplete. The screen protector was missing.

Initially shipping charges were not applied but charged after completing the order. However part of it was removed as a one time offer. Secondly wrong item was delivered and then the correct item was sent after follow up.

I ordered, it arrived long before it was promised, good quality, good looking accessory. I was missing a piece of the order, messaged the company and they got it right out to me. Very happy and will order again.

Broke a phone and got a new one and worried about how long it would be unprotected. I could not decide between 2 of the defender cases so I ordered them both that day (Wednesday) along with a screen protector and a free stylus. I chose priority delivery for the extra $12 and viola, I had my order that Friday.
I did not have to go through the weekend with my phone unprotected!

Product great, but I didn't need glass protection. Shipping was way out of line

I really enjoy how cellular outfitter has any i need for my phone keep up the good work

Aly was quick courteous knew her product and sent me another case to replace the one I ordered that had quit working. Kudos to Aly

I ordered to cases for my new I phone 7 and they sent 2 packages that said for I phone 7 but they were for the old Iphone 4 not happy I hate returning items. Now I must go find a new case today as I can not wait another week for a case for my phone

I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH CELLULAR OUTFITERS. I WROTE IMMEDIATELY AFTER ORDERING ASKING TO CANCEL THE ORDER. I GAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS SO I WOULD GET A 20% DISCOUNT. I DIDN'T GET THE DISCOUT AND THE ENTIRE PROCESS WENT BY SO QUICKLY I DIDN'T GET THE CHANCE TO REVIEW MY ORDER. ALL I WANT IS TO CANCEL MY ORDER.

Received product & was not blown away but satisfied. However, I received an email thanking me & offering me a discount on my next purchase. I then received another email that the first one was on error as no purchase was made even though I already had my item in hand! Sent them a message regarding this issue & to date have received no response.

I ordered a cell phone cover for a LG K10. When I received it--I paid extra to receive it in 2 to 4 days--it got here in 4 days, it did not fit. When you clip it on in one area, it comes undone in another area. It just does not fit!

I ordered a samsung high definition bass headphones and they send a crappy chinese headphones

I paid an extra $24.98 for 2 day shipping when I ordered on Sunday, October 1. On Thursday, 4 days later I received a screen saver & a stylus (which was a free item). As of today, October 9th, I still haven't received the phone case for my new phone. I would hope the press shipping charge would be refunded.
