Searching through your offers was great. The problem was that there was nothing there to fit my phone (Huawei Ascend Mate 2) A friend recommended your site. It was all that they said it would be except I could not find a protected cover and belt clip desired.

Ordered a wallet phone case with wrist strap. Large selection, arrived quickly in great condition.
I carefully measured my smart phone against the dimensions given for the case before ordering and found if fit with just enough clearance to provide proper access. After completely unpacking the unit which arrived I found it seemed to be for a larger smart phone and mine sort of "rattles around" in what I was sent.
I returned the item I ordered. Did not fit my phone. Still waiting for refund to credit my card.
The phone case was beautiful and I loved the color. The screen protector was good tho not easy to put on the phone. The free pen stylus was a great bonus.
I ordered two items. They were shipped separately. I started out with one order number, then when the second item shipped, I was given another number... there was no way I knew which item was going to arrive first. I think that an email would have been in order telling what was exactly going on with my purchase. There was also a misdirection to a wrong address with one of my items. I do have to give credit that the company caught the problem and sent out a replacement within a couple of days.
The phone case that I ordered is good, not great. It does the job, but just feels and looks cheap. The service experience was below average. I ordered a phone case for my wife and for myself. She was sent the wrong case and my case was sent in a separate shipment, which is fine, but I was never notified of this, aside from a note written on the shipping list, which is not fine. My case arrived two days later, the same day that I received a notification email with tracking number. This info was given to me only after I emailed customer service.
Overall I'm somewhat satisfied and willing to make other purchases from Cellular Outfitters.
They provide good products at a great price. And, when the customer is not happy about some aspect of the order, they fix it!:-)
The site did not offer me an alternate shipping address. Plus the telephone customer service is nearly impossible to to get through to. They did however, send me a duplicate order the next day to rhe correct address.
I've been purchasing from CellularOutfitters for a couple of years now. Our office has 20+ phones and I have saved on everything from Cases, Phone Mounts to chargers.
I purchased a screen protector and it did not stick at all.
My Apple 7 Plus Case and tempered glass protector are EXCELLENT! Water proof bag was NOT what I hoped for. Was inexpensive price, but cheap looking. Items arrived quickly! I take away one star to make up for my disappointment with carry case.
Discount code showed up on invoice but did not give discount. Paid extra for expedited shipping and it has been more than a week and have not received product
I ordered a glass protector for my smart phone and it arrived earlier than anticipated. However, I did not perform the installation as well as I wanted to and in removing the protector to reinstall it, it cracked. I notified CellularOutfitter and within 48 hours was informed a replacement was on its way. I have not received it yet (it was shipped today), but I am extremely pleased with the vendor's responsiveness in resolving the issue with absolutely no fuss or muss. I was a big fan of CellularOutfitter's web site -- the breadth of products offered and the userfriendliness of the page. Now I can add that I am just as satisfied with its customer service. A+ all the way around!
