Purchase was easy, and response was quick, with receiving my product within 4 days, after a charge of $10 for a speedy delivery. I could have given this a 5 star, but with the experience of accidentally choosing a Speedy Delivery, over just a regular free delivery, trying to change it, more so, trying to call the customer service to cancel, was impossible. I mean, you know, calling Customer Service and being on a wait for 15 minutes, then eventually encountering an automated response to encourage you to leave message, is ridiculous! Remembering this harrowing moment... I change my mind. I subtract 1 more star. My final rating? 3 (THREE) STARS!
I never got my packets and when I ask for a refund they refuse to give my money back
Changed the amount after I entered my credit card information. I never hit submit order but they sent it anyway. Waiting on my refund.
These little phone clutches were just what I needed. Very pretty and practical way to carry a phone and ID. Arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Would buy from CellularOutfitter again without hesitation.

Samsung has been driving me crazy with all the exchange/recall business with the Note 7. Thank heaven for CellularOutfitter, whose 90 refund policy allowed me to return all 4 of the Note 7 cases I bought so that I could purchase cases for my new S7 Edge. It was a very pleasant experience!
I ordered a phone charger for my Oneplus Two because this is like the only site that sells them and i received the wrong cord and was charged twice for the one item. I tried to contact them about this and i never got a response. Just about 16 emails a day about nothing. I am very dissatisfied, i do not recommend this site.
Asked to cancel my order before it shipped since I had to take my new note 7 back and they sent it anyway the next day.
Prompt service got me a holster that will hold an IPhone 6 Plus. I have a IPhone 6s. I could put my clean gloves and CPR mask in but... Thanks but working on new order.
The charged me over $15 for shipping when no charge was listed when authorizing my payment.
