Very prompt order but did not see postage & handling until after order submitted. This off sets the cheap prices - not so very cheap anymore after all the extra added.

Love the wallet but the clasp broke almost immediately. It looked great, but it's was very flimsy.The rest of the wallet was just what I wanted. It holds several credit carda, driver's license and caah in a compact size to carry anywhere.
Don't believe it when they say "Ships Same Day from Warehouse" - completely false. When I emailed the third time ( forget about calling - nobody answers ever) and threatened cancelling, they finally sent me tracking ( which was a tracking # assigned to my package, NOT shipped yet. Five days later ( again after many emails), it was shipped. What was "supposedly" something delivered within 5 days will now be 18 days ( I HOPE - still not here yet). I read reviews and it's hit or miss with these people - in the end they have your money and they just don't care
One item in the order was missing a part, customer service responded quickly and replaced it immediately. Good folks!
I ordered a case for a replacement phone and the cell phone company sent a different phone because what I originally had was no longer in stock. I called cellular outfitters and explained the case I purchased was different from the replacement phone. They sent me what I wanted for the new phone at no cost before I returned their merchandise back to them. I have been using this company for at least 3 years and have had better than satisfactory products and customer service.
Very good overall. The only problem was a screen protector that I got. It was for an older galaxy s4 so it may have been sitting around for awhile. I could not get one of the tabs off that are pre affixed on it. I finally got it off but could not get the sticky stuff left behind off so I had to throw it away.
Heavy duty cables ordered but not worth the time to return. All have short in cord where they hook up to phone, Also receive discounts that I could not use on web site. Continue to get many of unwanted email.
The cell phone cover I purchased was priced well, but does not fit my phone well. It looks chinsy. But I am not paying $10 to ship it back. And immediately I was bombarded with emails, 2&3 a day. Not cool!
I ordered wrong item and at thier expense they handle the refund. You do not find that kind of customer service these days. It was my pleasure to work with them and they have definetly earned my patrinage. Keep up the great work. To me cutomer service is more important than price. Kudos cellulatoutfitter.com

Phone case was a perfect fit and exactly what I wanted in a case.
The pricing of the items was very good the only problem is the shipping does not come up until after you pay so you do not know your exact total before payment.
When I received my credit card statement, the charge for the item I ordered seemed quite high. Item ordered was $12.99 and the amount charged was $22.99. When I checked my on-line receipt, I found it did not include any pricing. Sent CellularOutfitters an inquiry to which I got a canned response that they got my inquiry and would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. It is past the 48 hr mark and I still have no response.
