Internet sight is confusing to me. Plugged in belt clip cases for iPhone 4 and looked at small pictures and ordered a case. What I got was not what I thought. Screensaver was unusable. Glue tabs were hard to remove and left glue residue.

I chose priority mail because on check out it did not list a cost. It cost me $10 for delivery that I didn't need. The product I received is great.

Not until I had completed my purchase was I shown that the shipping charges would be almost as much as the product that I purchased. I could have purchased my products locally and it would have cost less.

Product, & communication throughout the order were perfect.

Since finding Cellular Outfitters a few years ago anytime we get a new phone or just want or need new cases this is the first place I look. Their prices are the lowest I have found anywhere with a large selection to choose from. My #1 go to for cellular accessories!

The case I bought for my s7 edge said that it came with a screen protector. When it came there wasn't one with it. I emailed Cellular Outfitter and they said that the manufacturer stopped supplying them with the case. Rather than send me a screen protector they refunded me 25% of the purchase price.

I'm withholding judgement at the moment... Have folks at this site working with me now, but still ending up paying more than im supposed to. Pay close attention to how their cart works w/o mentioning every charge at "checkout/confirm payment" page. $3.30ish item is now costing me almost $10... AFTER I "confirmed" at $3.30ish! Not cool...

The shipment that I received via mail arrived promptly, and the product is great.

My "rugged" case has already cracked. When trying to order another with a 10. Off code i was told the code was no good. I ordered 2 screen protectors for 2 different style phones and only got 1 pen/stylus. Very disappointed with this company. Never answered my email either. Doesn't appear they want my business so i quot recommending them to my friends

Magnet works to close it. Fits 5 credit cards including ID. Can't put much else like cash but it's perfect. Love it

Cases fit great, worked great and looked fantastic.

I paid for 1-2 day shipping which was more than $20 and still haven't received the package. It was attempted delivery on the THIRD businesss day but I could have paid regular shipping price to get it in 3 days. Instead, they charged me the extra and didn't ship as stated. I am not happy with the experience at all.
