I purchased a cell phone cover on Oct. 22nd, got an email on the 23rd that it was being shipped out and gave me a USPS tracking number. It is now November 1st and I still haven't received the case nor has the shipping been updated since the 23rd. I have sent an email through their contact form and received an automated email back letting me know I'll receive a response in 24-48 hours which I still have not received and I've made several phone calls and no one is ever there to answer my calls. I'm extremely annoyed that I paid money for something and never received it and can't get a hold of anyone for help.

There seems to be no way to get customer service to respond. I received a completely different item than what I ordered. They do not answer their phone, do not respond to repeated customer service contacts via their website. Now they claim my order number does not exist when I try to request a return authorization from their website. Next stop is the bank. I didn't get the promised 25% off, got around 10% and the shipping costs ate that up.

Bought the Samsug Galaxy S6 Folding Wallet Case with slide out Card Holder and Wrist-strap in Purple. Felt in love with it. I already had a purple case when I bought by phone that had one care holder so when I saw your product I had to order one. Upon receiving it I knew I made the right choice. Did like the material and how I was able to hold more than one card. The strap was a bonus that I was not expecting, which I felt in love with. The only downside to my purchase was that I was to receive a free 2-1 touchscreen stylus pen that I did not receive. But was assure that I will receive it soon. But the phone case alone was so worth the purchase.

I am a repeat customer for a few years but my last experience with Cellular Outfitter was horrible. The product was so cheaply made, the shipping choices was set up to trick me into more expensive shipping. Once I tried to explain to them that it was an error in my shipping choice they act like I was lying, and then I tried to immediately cancel and wasn't allowed to. They can never get my business again because they don't value their customers especially the repeaters. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I received 2 cases. One case was in perfect condition and the other had big stains that won't come out. The item was definitely not inspected before shipping. It was cheap, so I will not go through the trouble of sending it back.

First I searched for s privacy screen protector and the image came up but the description did not say. Needless to say when I got my order they were clear. Then on the shipping screen there was no price on standard shipping or the next one up, however there were prices for other levels of service. So I selected he next one up without a price and I did not get the total until it was already paid for. Lets just say I paid more for the shipping than I did for the clear screen protector. I did get my order fast though!
