I was under the impression I would receive a 30% discount on any order over $30.00 sent to my email. I was wrong about that, and Pauley responded in a timely manner. I've used Cellular Outfitter several times, and this is the first time I've experienced a little problem. All is well:-)

My only problem was with the Distribution Ctr. The sent from Texas to some other state instead of sending on down to Waco, TX. I had no problem with CellulstOutfitter.

Not a good experience

They don't show cost of shipping when you start to order. But when you finish the order you see that there is a noticeable amount of shipping cost. They are showing that there is a phone number on their website to call them but they never answer the phone. I didn't receive any order number to track my order or to refer it in my writings to company's customer service. Their customer service is disastrous.

Concerns over USPS loop shipping
August 4, 2016

Because of minor damage that occurred to my package by USPS in the area of the bar scanning label, after a few stops, my package was unable to be read automatically by their machine. For whatever reason they sent it thru loop mail until I contacted ur office, my email went to Paulyne who was extremely helpful, and saw that the package was processed manually at the USPS office where it was stuck. She even followed up after just to guarantee I had received my package. I was extremely pleased with my items this time, as well as all other times from ur company, & with Paulyne's customer service! Thanks so much!

Candys service

My order had a hugh problem, i sent 2 emails and called several times via phone, waited on hold for at least 20 minutes each time i called. No one ever picked up and went to a voicemail. After 3 of these experiences i finally got in touch with a customer service agent, who's name was Candy. I explained to Candy my experiences and she refunded my order and then told me that she would ship out my order and keep track of the order. She gave me her personal extension and her direct email. Candy contacted me two days later with a tracking number and my shipment is the way. After 3 weeks after i placed the order. If it was not for Candys excellent service I would never recommend your company to anyone. She has saved your companies reputation and should be rewarded for this!

I simply wanted a cover for my Galaxy5S note
I ordered TWICE and received the Wrong size TWICE. Ryanne contacted me via email, offering to send the correct sizr, no charge. I replied the phone size Twice to Ryanne, but no further response. Call to customer service wasted 10 minutes of phone time. Just send me the correct item.!

I recently ordered a cell phone case and screen protector from cellularoutfitter.com. There was some confusion on my part about the shipping cost. Shortly after i placed my order I emailed their customer service about a refund because of the confusion (that I now realize was completely my fault). I recieved a response in less than 24 business hours from their customer servive rep Lauren, stating that they were going to remove the shipping cost as courtesy for the confusion, even though they could have easily denied me the refund. Great customer service is rarely seen these days, it is good to know there are still kind and compassinate out there. I was very pleased with the awesome service and recieved a great deal on the cell phone case. I highly recommend cellularoutfitter.com for their outstanding customer service and unbeatable prices!

Horrible Experience
July 26, 2016

I ordered a phone case that came with a screen protector and a stylus pen. I have received the pen and stylus but not the phone case, in which was stated after 3-4 business days i will get that. I never did. Tried contacting them through phone and email, no response at all. Very disappointing experience with this site.

Run, don't walk!

I got as far as seeing the $8 shipping charge, removed the product from my cart & closed the window. I immediately started getting emails from them asking me to complete my purchase. I also started seeing their ads absolutely everywhere I go online. I asked to be unsubscribed from their emails but continued to receive them, so I blocked sender, but am STILL receiving multiple emails per day. Stalker company!
