Great service. I ordered the wrong case. Submitted a email of my mistake, they immediately canceled my order and allowed me to replace the order. The quick response from customer service was excellent. Thank you!

Ordered a battery charged me but said out of stock will send when we get it on but doesn't k ow when that will be. Won't refund

Although the customer service rep was extremely helpful it has been more than 2 weeks & I still have not received any notice that my order has been shipped, never mind received.

They went beyond what any other company would do. I had lost hope in customer service in the past but CellularOutfitter has restored my faith. Will be ordering from them in the future.

Need another glass cover as i pulled tab the cover shattered. Needs different pkg and easier access. Ive ordered quite abit from you and feel it needs to be replaced at no cost to me samsung galaxy 7s

What a waste of $20! Takes double the time for phone to charge, if it does at all. Don't find out what your shipping charges are till you check out. $11 to ship a cheap piece of plastic. No tracking information, no email confirmation. Took money out of my account asap. Took 2 weeks to receive.

I searched the web for what I wanted at the best price and Cellular Outfitter had it. I ordered a cellphone holder for my dashboard and it arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. I had a misunderstanding when I ordered, but customer service took care of it totally and quickly. I would not hesitate to buy again

My order was sent to the wrong address and returned to the sender by post office. After contacting cellular outfitters by e mail both people who replied to me were very helpful in getting the situation resolved. Very good customer service.

I talked to Tony at Cellular Outfitter. Tony was knowledgeable with regard to my problem and was efficient and effective in solving the problem. I have always been pleased with the customer service provided by Cellular Outfitter. It is also important to mention their prices are very competitive.

I have ordered and reordered and made mistakes and these people bend over backwards to make me happy. They have refunded everything I did not choose to keep even when it was a complete mistake on my part. You do not have to be afraid to order something on this site. They back you up in every way no matter what!
