HIDDEN SHIPPING FEES
August 15, 2018

I ordered a charging cord on today, Wednesday, August 15th, 2018 that was on sale for $. 99 with no extra charges. I submitted my order and got a receipt for $. 99 PLUS $5.99 for shipping and could not go back to edit my order. I called customer service, they don't take incoming phone calls. The live chat option does not work and I also sent an email with my concern. I would like a full refund and I will purchase the charger from somewhere else. Shipping fees don't show up until AFTER you enter your payment information and the order has gone through! View photo below.

I had an issue with a product where I kept trying to get it but it was always out of stock. After I would get the email saying it was back in stock I would immediately reorder but once again it was out of stock. I emailed telling them my concerns with this and the very next time it was in stock they made sure I was one to get it. LOVE their products!

I ordered a cell phone case on 8/5/18. My credit card was charged on 8/5/18. I received the free stylus that came with the order. But, still no case (8/15/18). I have emailed the company - no response. I have tried to call the company - their telephone line states "they cannot accept incoming calls at this time". I am disputing the charge with my cc company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Worst ever

If I could rate them a zero I would. Still waiting on my order! They lied about being shipped that day and didnt find out cost if shipping until I put in my credit card info. I have also not heard back from customer service. They are the worst and are definitely spamming people. Wish I would have done my research and read reviews before I got excited and ordered.

Where is my order?

CellularOutfitter took my money and did not ship the products to me ---- I ordered a phone case and a few other items on July 21. My credit card was charged on 7/21. I've tried to contact their customer service and sent emails to inquire about my order after 14 days. I have yet heard a response from CellularOutfitter. Not a good business practice. My next step is to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Ordered 3 cell phone screen covers. Description indicates it fits Samsung 7. Too small. Tried to return for store credit. No response. Left phone message 2 times. No response. I will dispute charge on from my credit card company and never use them again. Plenty of other reputable sources on the net.

I ordered something and now I'm trying to find out where it's at. I did not write down the order number and like chat won't talk to me in the phone number doesn't work. I paid for through pay pal so was just contact them I guess and tell him I want my money back. This is sorry customer service

I can go on with how foolish this company really is. First when ordering there was no $ amount showing for standard first class shipping. The shipping chart did show all shipping options with prices EXCEPT for the first class which had no price. Of course I place my order July 24th I check out and after stating my order was complete and on it's way boom... my price charge went from $24 to $40. Not to mention here it is Aug 6 and have not received anything I ordered! AND my order status still says they are getting my order ready. YEA OK... so of course I try to call them and they cannot be reached by phone due to them relocating or whatever that I may email or chat. Ummm there is no other chat option and I want to speak with someone NOW... not wait out an email either. So I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Still not shipped

I ordered a case from this website on the 16th of July. They claim they ship same or next business day. Still not shipped. All i get are emails every day saying so sorry we will ship it today. I should have known the price was to good to be true. Don't trust them they take your money and don't deliver.

I have never had the pleasure of a company literally going out of their way to accommodate a customer. I had made a purchase and I was missing an item and my car charger didn't work. No question's asked they let me pick out new charger's and after a few emails my order will be shipped out gratis. I've worked with Red over many emails and said if I were there I would give a great big hug for their patience and pride in their company! I will definitely be ordering from them again!
