I've used Cellular Outfitter 3 times for my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. They are a bit slow in picking up new products such as phone cases for newly released devices. 2 of the three times went well but on number 3, the case was NOT what I ordered and I am stuck with a case I will never use. It would cost more to return the product than I payed for it to begin with. I do like the stylus that comes with each order though. I can say I would use them again but maybe look a little harder for something not as cheaply made?

If you want feel ashamed, do business with Cellular Outfitter. Be aware, Dishonest, Contact phone number (which never connect), NO live chat, get response to email after you followup 3-4 times, that too very ridiculous replies.
I order a items, which has no shipping charges information until final review and ordered. Until I hit 'Submit' order button, will see only item charges. I got to know only after I got credit card bill. I do shopping online a lot since long, but could not see any retailers does such kind of business by hiding charges, give shocks to their genuine customer.
When I'm trying to return the items thru website, as expected it say - will get items price only, where and what about my Shipping charges?
Now there is only one communication channel, i. E. email. You just wait and rely on their replies. For any your questions, they will reply same all times - very ridiculous.

I have ordered 6 or 7 of your hybrid, (plastic with gel) cases and I can't say anything bad about them. I can't tell you how many times that I have dropped my phone and without this style of case my screen would be shattered so many times. Plus the hybrid case isn't slick. Some of these new phones are sooo slick that I won't use my phone unless I'm standing on carpet or sitting down in a chair because they are so thin and slick. With the hybrid cover I can set my phone down it will keep my screen from getting any scratches and the little extra bulk makes your phone feel like there is something in your hand, and the kickstand is awesome. I have wore out 2 of them and fixed them with a safety pin warmed up and duck tape, and I use the kickstand at least 5 -8 times a day. An awesome product all the way around. You are going to have to look long and hard to beat Cellular Outfitters Hybrid cases, or to beat their service in ANY way. Thank you for making so many outstanding products that an honest person can count on every time that they pick up their phone.

I placed an order with this company. A small order, thankfully. After having over $8 added to my charge for shipping, without first stating so on the website, I waited over a week and my items had not yet shipped. I emailed the company and the next day they responded by apologizing and letting me know that the item I ordered was out of stock and that I could pick another and they would ship it right away. OK? I ordered several items, two of which were cases. So which was out of stock? I suppose I could just guess.

The bottom line was that the web site CLEARLY indicated that the items I ordered were, in fact, in stock. You, being Cellular Outfitters, probably ran out because it takes you over a week to even ship things. Get your stuff together. This is almost laughable how bad this is.

It will probably be weeks before I am refunded, if ever. The email told me they were standing by, waiting for my response. Stupid me, I assumed they would reply.

I placed and order thinking it was one price then when I submitted my credit card info, they added an $8 shipping fee. I've never heard of a company adding to your amount after you pay them. I placed this order two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I've called customer service but it says they do not accept incoming calls which is insane. They do not have a live chat option like they say and I've emailed them 4 times with no response. Seems like they take your money and you get nothing in return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I places an order recently with cellular outfitters for six chargers. Two for my nieces iPhone 6 and 4 for my Galaxy 9. When I received my package it did not contain my 4 Galaxy chargers and a confusing note hand written on my enclosed invoice. When I emailed for clarification and information about the chargers, at first the only response was that my package was delivered now they just don't respond at all.

Be careful when ordering Cellular Outfitters because if they get your order wrong there will never be a resolution. I am out over $60 for merchandise I never received
