Took over a week to ship a shattered screen protector. Refuses to respond to multiple attempts to contact until I open a PayPal Resolution. At that time, they still refuse to refund the failed order they sent me, despite asking repeatedly and directly for a full refund. Company believes resolution is to ignore customer that they are scamming, steal their money and just keep sending more shoddy products so they don't have to refund you.
Only after opening a resolution with PayPal did they bother to return any communication, by completely ignoring my request for refund and instead telling me, a week and a half AFTER I placed my initial order that they were sending a new screen protector. I have already purchased & received a new functional screen protector from a trustworthy company and installed it in the time it took Cellular Outfitters to reply.
Company is a scam.
Company is deceitful.
Company values making money over customer service.
Company would rather inundate you with broken products vs. process a single refund.
Company should not be allowed to continue operations in my opinion, and evidently how I was treated by Cellular Outfitters is their MO & business model.

Company does not exist and is a true sham. So they are a big fat 0. Their website needs to be shut down. The State of California SUSPENDED their business license.
They don't even have a customer service telephone. A telephone number is not listed in their website. Their google search number is *******926. Call that number and you will get a recording stating the number is out of order. They have been unresponsive to the messages I've sent them through their "Contact" page regarding why they have not yet even shipped my phone case and screen shield. According to Google searches, their listed address at ******* E. Gale Ave., City of Industry, CA is the location of an EMPTY warehouse.
Orders CANNOT BE CANCELED because there is no way to contact a live person at CellularOutffiter and they do not have a cancel order function for customers in their order tracking system.
While ordering they promised to have the phone case I ordered shipped within 24 hours. Yet, after 4 days the order has not even been processed except for placing the charge on my card. They did not give the 20% discount as a first-time buyer. They did not tell me how much they would charge for shipping until after I placed the order. Their shipping charge was outrageous.
What CellularOutfitter did do was immediately place a charge on my credit card with no intention of sending the telephone case. I have notified my bank and they will be disputing the charge directly with CellularOutfitter. My bank said they will investigate and know how to contact the owners of this VERY BOGUS company through banking records. CellularOutfitters does NOT EXIST so don't place an order with them.

I wish I would have searched for their reputation before purchasing, they came up on a google search, but I should have kept looking like on Amazon. They don't put shipping charges on until you click "complete order". I ordered a phone case and screen protector. A couple days after the order, I am told by email the case is not in stock. I want to refund the entire order then, the case was why I ordered from them. I can get a screen protector anywhere, even the Dollar Tree! They kept $10 of my money saying that protector had already shipped?! So it costs $6 to ship something that can fit in an envelope? That's deceitful business practice. They processed the refund shorting me, then told me about the shipment. If I wanted to spend $10 on 1 screen protector I would've purchased from Verizon in the mall. Never buy from them.

IM VERY ANGRY, MORE THAN TWO MONTS AGO I BOUGHT SOME GLASS SCREEN PROTECTORS FOR A GALAXY S10, THEY SENT THEM TO ME LATE AND THEY WERE ALSO BROKEN, I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES BY EMAIL, THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SOLVE ME AND SO FAR THEY DIDNT SOLVE ANYTHING AND ALSO NOT COMMNUNICATED... I placed an order for a phone case. Shipping cost was never shown until after I paid. I contacted them to tell them that although I have no issue with paying for my item to be shipped, it is unacceptable for them to add it on without informing me. A couple of days later I got a response that basically amounted to, "you're too stupid to navigate our site. It's not us, it's you."
My package finally arrived, but of course it was the wrong item. I immediately contacted them to report this. It took a few days before a representative replied. This set off a seemingly endless email exchange in which they asked me what model phone I have (hint: it's the model I ordered a cover for). When I answered, they asked again, telling me to look in my phone's settings. I sent them a screenshot, verifying that what I had already told them five times was true. A couple of days later they emailed to inform me that I ordered the right one (really?) They then demanded a photo of the wrong one they sent. I sent this immediately. Total silence since then. I sent them two more emails asking that they either refund my money immediately or inform me that the right one is on the way. I have heard nothing back. These. Are. Shady. People. Do NOT order from them or you'll be sorry.

Buyer beware

Ordered item online. Cart showed no shipping cost. At the end shipping for $10.60 item. 2 screen protectors turned out $6.99 shipping Tried to cancel order. Emailed 5 times. No answer. California has awesome vendors. Cellular outfitters is a bad apple. Too bad one entity spoils it for the rest.

Horrible company

I order a screen protector and a phone case for my wife. Paid for extra fast delivery. UPS was told by this dumb company to drop the package at the local postal office just to meet the delivery date. I never got the package. I Got a email saying the post office delivered it. I yet to see my package. Went on the site to send them a email over 5 x they never responded. The contact number never worked. Just taking people money. They need to be put out of busy. I also reported them to the BBB. Their rate is 0 for me.

Order a screen protector for my wife's Samsung phone. In order to meet their minimum order requirements, ordered two of them plus a car charger. The order didn't display shipping cost until after I placed the order. OK, I was still fine with that. However, they sent the wrong screen protectors, and they do not fit. I completed their return form 2 days ago, no response. I've tried to find a phone number, everything I click on takes you back to the same form. This is a crap company, I will never purchase from them again, and I recommend that you stay away from them as well.

A JOKE OF A COMPANY. 1 STAR IS FAR TOO GENEROUS FOR SUCH COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. 1st AND LAST order they will receive from me. Ordered on 5-3-19.5-12-19 and still no package. Rep tells me "it's in transit" it's been in transit over a week dumbass! I could've walked half way to California waiting on these idiots

Ordered screen saver for my Samsung phone by selecting my device name on their website. It was not the correct one for my phone. I was told that it was a clearance item and I could not return and I could order the correct one.

I was never told it was a clearance item. I ordered the correct one the first time. They just sent me the wrong one.

Received absolutely nothing worthwhile for money spent. Will never order anything else from Cellular Outfitter.

This depends on your point of view. I spent $7.99 taxes included for a phone case. The shipping cost $5.44. The total was $13.42.

They shipped me the incorrect phone case size. They told me they did not have the correct size. I requested a refund. I sent the phone case back and had to pay for the shipping which cost me an additional $ 5.44

Celluar sent my refund back of a total of $4.99

So altogether, I get robbed of $13.87 with no phone case.

My purchase included a free stylus which was not sent with my order. I requested it be mailed separately, and they responded with a discount code for future purchases. I said no, I want my original order please, and they said, discount code is all you get. So, they didn't fulfill my order and then told me what would be acceptable recompense for their failure. Now they are ignoring me. This is a bad company with no integrity.

This is the second time this co has done me bad and, it will never happen again i, m done piss poor customer service and, takes them forever to even ship your order and, when you email and, email them about why it has not yet shipped when you ordered it 6 days ago and, they do not answer you back. I thought I would give them one more try cause last time the lady told me my order took so long was that they were moving to a new location. Well that was months ago so what to excuse now. I, m done with this co.

I will never buy from this company.If I could give negative stars I would. Items ordered December 9 allegedly ship in 1 or 2 days but did not get items for Xmas so I had to return some items. Long story short, sent items back they arrived Jan 9 at the company as of January 29 just got notice I will get a refund but they are keeping 25% of my money. If I had agreed on store credit I could have 100% of my money back. I have sent numerous emails and replies take average of 5 days.

Purchased a phone cover that, according to the description should have fit my phone. When it did not, the only option was to get another product. I had to choose a less-expensive phone charger. The charger broke within 5 days! I have tried endlessly to get a response from the company, but only receive the automated email "that someone will be in touch within 24-48 hours". It has been WEEKS!

It's a great store if you have a newer phone because then its very easy to find specific products for it, but you're out of luck if you haven't updated and have an older phone. Still, there is a lot to choose from and the quality is pretty good.
